  1. Good question. Im sure we are all curious of Mr. Traylor's eligibility. Any word?
  2. 30 may be a stretch, could actually slow him down. I would say more like 15-20 pounds.
  3. I think he has a chance to actually go pro if his numbers improve, as well as percentages. It also depends on if he has been in the gym working on his game in the off-season. We shall see in no time!
  4. Great! Another assistant who will leave for a division 2 head coaching job, after one year at UND. Our school seems to be a "get on your feet" school.
  5. Well upon good news, I ran into a Oregon bball blog, and there was some news that we play @Oregon this year. Hope this is correct!
  6. From what I'm hearing, 6'10 Center from Cloquet, Minnesota Chad Calcaterra is on campus and working out, getting ready for the season. But I didn't see any press regarding him actually committing to UND. If this is true, this is huge! We can replace a guy in Wilmer who really stepped it up. I think this kid has to have some form of skill if he originally committed to Colorado State by way of a great recruiting coach in Tim Miles. I see UND's future a little brighter now. Do we still have any available scholarships available or is that the only one? Any word on Traylor's eligibility? Here is how I predict the lineup for 2013-2014: 5) Brekke 4) Nash or Calcaterra 3) Troy Huff 2) Aaron Anderson 1) Jamal Webb 6) Shuler 7) Hooker 8) Benton 9) Antwi 10) Traylor 11) Salmonson 12) Hobaugh 13) Blake Thomas
  7. Does anyone know if we are bringing in any bigs to help out the new senior class for next year? Any JUCO leads? We are 1 or 2 big "clean up/big body" guys away from dancin next year!
  8. green team, you took the words out of my mouth. That guy doesnt know how to just congratulate Huff without saying something negative behind it. He had a great season, he was an all-american, why are you critiqing his "team ball" play at such a proud and happy moment for not only him but the program. Debby Downers will always exist my man. This guy obviousy has something against Huff. Since he's been here as a Freshman, I have NEVER saw this guy writer anything positive. Take that mess and energy to the Bison forum!
  9. Would you really rather go that route bin? I just worry how that team previously dominated us and that worries me. Hopefully they will get knocked off early by MT St., NAU, or Southern Utah. I like our chances to face any other team in the big sky outside of Weber St. Although! UND usually decides to turn things up around this time of year, for some reason! Sort of excited about that.
  10. Thanks guys! Now It makes much more sense! Lets hope for a 2 vs 7 uspset, no offense wildcat
  11. I've been trying to find out what some possible scenarios would be given tomorrow night game outcomes. So if all three teams loose (Southern Utah, NAU, Sac St.), they will stay in the places they are in now? What if one of those teams win, will that team move up and the other teams trade places? **Another question of mine: Seeing that the 3 seed plays the 6 seed, who would the winner of that game play? The winner of the 2 and 7 seed, or the number 1 seed? Please help! This is boggling my mind Go sioux! **The most important question
  12. Who will play who? Any predicitions? What will the outcomes be?
  13. Sioux2013, really? because he took 21 shots, he didn't play team ball, erase the fact that he had 3 assist and 7 rebounds right? You have to understand at some point; Huff and Anderson HAVE to take 15 plus shots a game. UND is not a Syracuse, where they have 7-8 different scoring options. They literally have 3. Next years team (If everyone is eligible and cleared to play ) is a different story.
  14. HaHa! Yeah I had surgery and been really busy with physical therapy and trying to regain my strength. I see that Huff has been playing, hey im still alive now! I keep up with my sports. Happy to be back and ready to put more attention toward basketball.
  15. To be quite honest , I dont disagree with you, but who would he replace? Maybe John Dickson?
  16. Just curious to know what you guys think up until this point, considering that we have now played everyone and had the opportunity to see what each team has. Who do you believe played good enough to earn the right to big sky all-conference awards? Here who I would predict at this point. 1st team: Derek Barden-UNC (Top rebounder in the conference, also a 13-15 point scorer on any given night) Gabe Rogers- NAU (A flat out scorer. Crafty guard who gets it done. Averaging right about 19.5) Will cherry-UM (Arguably best defender in the league. most important player to his team, 2 steals pg) Troy Huff-UND (BSC most athletic player. Averaging 19.3 ppg. 2nd most important to his team) Scott Bamforth-WBST (Best ppg in the BSC. Best free throw % Pure pg. Averaging 13ppg and 6 apg) Kareem Jamar-UM (One of the most complete players across the board) 2nd Team: Kyle Tresnak-WBST Mathias Ward-UM Davion Berry-WBST John Dickson-SacSt. Jackson Stevenett-SUU Honorable Mention: Aaron Moore-PSU Damion Heur-SUU Aaron Anderson-UND Jamal Webb-UND Venky Jois-EWU DeWayne Russell-NAU Tate Unruh-UNC
  17. Barden is definitely a beast! Hopefully Wilmer, Allard and Archer can tagteam the duty to box him out tonight! This last stretch is critical!
  18. According to Huff's twitter account, he stated: "I'm freeeee, wired no more"....so I'm not sure if that means he will start hitting the hardwood sooner than later?
  19. I still think we should stay optimistic. Truth of the matter is, we don't have our key player. I think we will be fine a couple weeks down the road. 4-5 games down the road
