Since when are you required to play perfect Sioux 24/7? He played a damn good game and played within the offense. Sioux 2013, I agree with you....I thought he played well. My Mvp of the game is Mr. Traylor. Finally he stepped up!

I think coach Jones made the right move with putting Shuler in at the 2 spot. I agree with Sioux Volley more. These coaches are to blame more than the players. We are putting a lot of blame on the players, but it is the coaches who are setting these guards up for failure. Not only that but, they are playing too many guys, which then the other guys aren't getting a rhythm going; Stefan is a perfect example of this. Hooker's minutes need to decrease and Benton's minutes need to decrease. Again these coaches are the issue. Aarons confidence is way down because of the coaches. He was a key guy last year and this year you act like you don't need the guy. I would be pissed if I was Aaron.

Why is Benton in the game....he airballs 3's,he forces layups. Put Stefan in!

Nash: 8 points 6 rbs 2 blocks Calcaterra: 6 pts 5 rbs Stefan: best shooting performance of his career 3 deep balls Shuler: Shuler with a great contribution with 12 points Hooker: will get limited minutes with 4 pts.

So many negative Nancy's after a much needed win. Scroll down and read, every single comment is bad. We all get frustrated with this team and im totally guilty, but after a win, come on. Let it be a confidence booster if nothing else. A win is win. I'll take it.

Get rid of the entire coaching staff. Coach Ghemeli (however its spelled) from what I understand is the coach that is in charge of substitutions. He makes horrible decisions on lineups. He takes out the starters for 5-6 minutes at a time. I dont see any other team do this. They let their best players battle. Starting lineup needs a mixup: 1) Anderson 2) Shuler 3) Huff 4) Nash 5) Calcaterra Why has this lineup not been attempted yet. These guys take out Anderson, Huff and Nash out of the game for Benton, Stefan, and Salmonson. This has to stop. This staff thinks we are the deepest team in college basketball and we're not, AT ALL! Message to Faison-Get rid of em all and start fresh!

Agreed. But I think it starts with Jones. He has to do a better job of 1) only play 8-9 guys. Reason being is that he tries to be nice and get everyone in the game, which guys like Cole cant get into the groove of the game. I think it should stop after Stefan, Shuler, Hooker, Traylor . 2) create an effective offense. We continuously have our guards dribbling at the top of the key for 20-25 seconds which then leads to a forced shot. I see alot of people complain about bad shots taken, but really you cant blame guys like Troy and Aaron. They're set up by their coaches to take bad shots. Their offense sets them uo for failure and to take bad shots, versus putt actually motion offenses, where guys are constantly moving. 3) Defend! These guys have to lock in and grow some balls and play physical.

I really have a feeling that we will walk away from this game. I think we will be just fine and we willl figure out how to win on the road starting Sunday. #gosioux
