All leaders depend on others to execute. My job is perpetually on the line based on my performance as reflected by the performance of the people that I lead. It is how it goes. Responsibility. Not only did they fail on the pp, but our dzone play all year was not something that I was hugely impressed with.

The reason for Berry's head is mostly that 0fer on the pp in the playoffs. Complete failure of a primary responsibility.

I responded that I've never called for Hak's head. I am calling for Berry's and i'm now thinking Dane Jackson's too. Ward from Shattuck might be a good assistant. Our coaching staff played either in the awful years (Hak and Jackson) or in between great years (Berry) none of these guys are winners...

I still can't get over the 0fer on the powerplay...you know how important special teams will be...how are we that ineffective?

I will follow the team, but I won't have very high expectations...

This team just never quite "clicked", it never felt like they were firing on all cylinders. For some spurts maybe. I think the personel and the system didn't jive.

Andrew MacWilliam will go down in the annals of Sioux hockey as one of the "old mold" tough, tough dman.

I know, but those guys were Blais guys too. Guys commit at least two or three years before they ever set foot on campus. Toews and Osh were Blais recruits

Who did Hak recruit? OD? Mattson? Our best teams were loaded with Blaiser recruits...

We didn't win with an NHL team (stafford, Zajac, Toews, Osh ) We didn't win three years ago... Starting to get a complex.... If we win one of those, do we get Miller and Matteau on campus... Maybe a Trouba... My sadness is that we went out like punks...no heart...lackluster performance...didn't throw everything at the net

Next year is going to be brutal...

We were out coached and out played. Game turned on St Clair's post. We go up 2-0 heading to the third and we sit pretty. We were 0fer forever on the pp. that is a disaster in postseason play.

I do not support firing Dave. I do support firing Berry. Terrible d and terrible pp
