DU’s argument of why them instead of Omaha is that they had a better head to head record but to me, Omaha had a much better overall record, they took care of their overall conference business better than DU did and to me, that should count for more than their head to head. Head to head should only come into play if it’s a tie breaker situation.

Something that made me go hmmm today was, if UND hadn’t have been the number one seed in the Frozen Faceoff, would they have been able to keep their bench that leads to their locker room? Certainly, no other team would’ve been able to use their locker room but what about the bench?

I was listening to that triple overtime game last weekend between Sacred Heart and Army and looked up the SH roster noticed that they-like CC-refer to their freshman players as “first years”. We weren’t allowed to say freshman at CC because it had the word Man/Men in it.

I listened to the second and third OTs of the Army/Sacred Heart game. The Army announcer said the name of the Sacred Heart goalie so many times, it really sounded like He stood on his head until the very end. Army is a hot team, 14-4.
