Jake Landry has some experience but are we going to be excited if he happens to be it? I don’t know enough about how he’s done at Temple and now the OC at St. Thomas other than his offense declined in year 2.

I’m going to predict that we see co-OC’s here. King being the passing game coordinator and Pawlak the run game coordinator. King would be considered the play caller, imo.

It could very well be a “move up” but that just shows how awful of a position our athletics are in right now. In no way, should going from UND to SDSU for the same/lesser position be a “move up”. In today’s world, it may be but that’s ridiculous that it is the case. Things need to change and they need to change quickly.

So onto who’s next….. everyone was worried about losing Pawlak, let’s give him a shot.

2024 is a completely lost season. Any respectable OC isn’t stupid. They see that Bubba’s days are likely numbered. They’re not going to make a career risking move and come over here just to get canned with the staff right away.

Congrats to him! Idk what their QB situation but either way I’m sure it was a dream of his growing up to play for them. Hope he gets to play some!
