  1. Really kind of amazed me that he didn't take it in an score in one of the OTs. He legs looked fresher than most, the kid has some moves, and the other team was just so tired. It just wasn't our night to win.
  2. Would love to see Kiersted in a Wild sweater. Though with the FSN disputes this year, I haven't been able to really watch more than a few games, so I don't really know what the Wild are sitting on. I do know they have some trade decisions to make. Either way, I would love to see a few of these guys get opportunities with my favorite franchise. Rieger can brink the wings.
  3. Didn't the coaches, announcers and fans talk about Frisch, like he is a younger version of Kiersted? I only expect him to get better; could have a big year next year.
  4. Any chance at some dropdowns or some Juco adds? That's a lot of spots to fill.
  5. And he should only get better next year. You could see how much more comfortable he was by the end of the year, jumping up into the play. Next year could be just insane to watch him.
  6. Well I sure hope so, because I need some sort of boost after the hockey game.
  7. What exactly would you have done as a coach? Cut their legs off and replaced them? This has nothing to do with coaching. It not like the offense wasn’t flicking and didn’t have chances? Looked like we were going to be up 15 seconds in. This is how hockey goes sometimes.
  8. Honestly, that is about the finish you expect at the end of that kind of game. One way or the other. You’re not going to see a tic tac toe, or sustained pressure. It is all opportunistic.
  9. We can agree on that! Toughest few year I’ve had watching UND hockey. Ugh!
  10. I would have been thrilled if UND won, but still would have felt for the UMD players. That’s jus a crazy game as shown by how the players interacted at the end. Someone had to win.
  11. The disappointing part for me here is wondering how we will look next year. Good I’m sure, but we could lose a lot. Maybe more will stay, who knows. Tough way to go after a COVID year where we dominated, then this.
  12. I believe I also said, a save he would normally have. The kid has play over 7 period of hockey. That’s not normal.
  13. I don’t want anything more. Watch every other save he made. This was right there. I don’t blame the kid at all. Just saying he would like it back.
  14. You realize there is another good team on the ice trying to do the same thing, right?
  15. Go home chicken little. The sky is not falling. This kids played there ass off all fucking night. But I’m sure you could do better. Moron.
  16. Wtf is wrong with you? Yeah blame the coach in a 5 OT game. Go to bed, you sound like a dumb a$$. This kids all have everything they had for like 7 hours. Something had to give. It was a good shot, but it’s one scheel would normally have, that being said, lets see your dumb a$$ play hockey that hard and that long. What a F-int troll. Go away you POS!
  17. Disagree, I really thought UND outplayed Duluth and had the better of the chances overall. Nevertheless, it is what it is.
  18. I can’t cheer for the bulldogs, despite their game. Pretty much only pulling for Mankato at this point.
  19. Exactly. It’s disappointing, but you can hardly feel awful about it.
  20. Scheel knows he should have had that.
  21. She seems just exhausted at the end of each period, and I take back what I said last night. She has done a terrific job!
  22. Between that and what they are drinking I’d be interest to know what the liquid intake has been for these guys over the past 6 hours. This is just ridiculous.
  23. Serious question, can they give IV bags to pump liquids in the locker room?
  24. They are doing what they should do though. And the players know how to do this. Bend but don’t break. Cant really complain either way.
