Appreciate the positivity and comment. Glad you feel that way. Nobody has higher expectations for this head coach and the program than me right now. It will take some time however. You've really turned the corner though and I love it.

I'd equate it to what the bunnies did with Gronowski his freshman year. He probably wasn't ready then. But it paid off in spades in the long term.

I'd start a young guy at QB. We aren't winning a national championship this year, let's be honest. Start a young guy and deal with the challenges of it this year. Get him experience and let him make mistakes so he's ready and hardened for 2026 and beyond. There will be growing pains but it will be worth it in the long term.

Has nothing to do with the foundation. They take their 10% for everything. The 25k is a separate licensing fee to raise money for UND in the name of UND under their namesake. Terrible. "Hey we want to raise money for the University of North Dakota to keep kids here and recruit other kids." "Ok....please pay us 25k and we're good."

@UNDBIZ is correct. That's the foundation fee. Which I understand is probably a necessity. I get that. We dealt with that during the Impact Scholarship Campaign during the transition. It was a surprise, but I understand that part of it. Cost of doing business.

You sound like you might have experience with this? Let's just say there were 3 partners on this endeavor. Could all 3 partners afford to subsidize $500 a month each for the sake of the cause and charge $100 rent? I don't know the answer. But if I could afford to do it in that position, I would. I think you would too. As always, easy for me to say without being in that position.
