  1. I guess I'm not sure, but do more people have the local Fox Sports or ESPN channels? Speaking of the current kerfuffle with FSN and the Wild, Wolves, Twins, my guess is more people have ESPN. On the plus, with ESPN getting the NHL back, I'd think we'll have better talent on the air moving forward. LOVE that Starman is color man for our regional. Everyone hates on Bucci and I get it, he's a clown, but that dude is a big time advocate for college hockey and we need that at ESPN to keep growing our game.
  2. AIC isn't exactly what I'd call a big-time draw for ESPN. Do I like it? Absolutely not. Do I get it? I do.
  3. Sweet! Thanks Jim!
  4. CHN added theirs today. It's in a banner on top of their site.
  5. Pretty please?
  6. Is SiouxSports still doing one? Thought I'd see the banner across the today. Saw one on USCHO.com, but not on CHN. I thought they usually done one, too. Anyone got leads on contests?
  7. This AIC team has more NCAA tournament experience than ours. Make no mistake, our boys will be ready to go.
  8. Plus, we're playing AIC. It's definitely a ratings thing.
  9. That's gotta drop Mankato off the one line, right? Moving Wisconsin up. That also likely changes who's coming to Fargo.
  10. I would think so, yes.
  11. Yep! Pinto, Weatherby, Massimo Rizzo, and Ryder Donovan agree
  12. OMG that was PHENOMENAL. Weatherby or Pinto as replacements for Gornall . Great stuff. Lesson learned once again that we all should remember how good Bubbs, Jacks and squad are at their jobs hahaha
  13. I just can't get Army in. They lost to Long Island and Bentley this year. I just can't do it.
  14. I honestly had no expectations of him offensively. Pegged him as a bruiser/enforcer type that was going to sprinkle in a bomb or two. I've been happy with all aspects with him. I wouldn't mind seeing him adding more assists, sure.
  15. Johnson's commitment tweet when he said #gosioux.
  16. Flat-out bomb. Pretty great wrister, too. I expected him to be less offensively inclined. He's world's ahead of my expectations.
  17. Fair enough, man. Sorry if I was too harsh in arguing your opinion. Totally fine with where you're coming from, I just don't feel that reflects much.
  18. I'd argue he's Top 10 talent wise right now. Maybe even Top 5. But I often wear green shades
  19. Sure you can. But, I'm feeling like that is a bit short sided. Feels like not a lot to judge someone's character on, however. Knowing our program and our reputation and history of recruiting the talent level and type of person we recruit (with a few exceptions and incidents, of course), I'd say that gives some solid insight that the kid is likely pretty well-rounded.
  20. Absolutely! We all have a lot to say about Moore in his current position, but you can see flashes of absolute greatness in him, offensively. He'll definitely get better defensively.
  21. I said it earlier, but I think he'll be NCHC POY type player. He's unbelievable. Been quarterbacking PP2 for months now and could easily be on PP1, but we have an embarrassment of riches. He'd be PP1 on nearly every team in the country. He'd run everything next year.
  22. Yes, that would not be good. I think Johnson could probably come in along with L. Bast and likely Morrow. So, that would leave us with: Sanderson, Frisch, Kleven, Moore, L. Bast, Morrow, and Johnson. Yep. This rule could change things big time for many, many teams.
  23. Yeah, not ideal. But, Sanderson (assuming/thinking/hoping/praying he stays), Frisch, Kleven, and Moore is a solid start.
