And that's not his role.

He's not a top-6 player on our team when we have our best two best centers healthy. Simonson plays his role as good as anyone on the team -- two-way and being responsible. He's not a scorer. Every team needs this type of player. Do we maybe have too many of this type of player in the pipeline right now? Maybe. But, we definitely need players like Johnny (Senden could fill this role) to be on our team going forward.

He's helping us with recruiting now, but yes, I miss him and I'm always asking "what-if" he'd stayed.

And if we don't sweep, we blame Schlossman, right? Right!

This means the most to me... match up that top group with Wooly, Pooly, Gardner, Pogo and whomever else is on this line and I think we can wear this team down.

It's simply a progression of talent. Has nothing to do with him being like Brady or where he played, he was just the next young franchise type QB that was due for a contract. He took over Stafford's spot on the list. Next, it'll be Luck then so on and so forth.

I'd be more concerned had we lost all those games, but I definitely don't disagree. Fact is, we control our destiny in the PWR and in conference in regards to getting home ice. Just get wins. I don't care in the least bit how they come. Just win, baby.

I didn't delve into this until just now, but I agree. I think we have the advantage, here. But, we gotta actually do it. That's the kicker haha. That, or just not play and have us move up in the PWR anyway, like we did this weekend

Their numbers are incredibly similar. My basis of opinion is on his experience and what I've seen of Thome. I like Thome, but he gets out of position a little bit too much for my liking. I'm absolutely 100% on board with the idea of not HAVING to start Cam. I think his play hasn't been fantastic and that earns Thome some starts. But, I do think Cam is better at the moment and I do think his experience is an important piece. Bubbs trusts Cam.
