I find this very funny since you often get "butthurt" by the reciprocal. I'm not trying to get into a pissing match here, I promise. Just an observation. Anyway, the prez, AD and 3 HCs don't represent the entire population of UND fans. So, there ya go.
-
Sadly, I do agree with this. However, I think the slow integration isn't a bad idea with how people think about all of this.
-
STRAWMAN!
-
It's literally not BS, regardless of what you think. More people don't want the Hawk logo than do. You can believe differently, but it's nonsense to do so. I think the "right time" is arbitrary to the person, but you have no say in it, as much as you want it. REA is gonna do what REA wants to do. Not sure what else I can tell ya.

THIS! Well said, Sick.
-
By more slowly integrating the logo, you avoid alienating the largest segment. There's something to the "band-aid" approach, but they aren't doing it. Oh well.
-
Sounds good. So, table this conversation then, right? Good.

Hahaha

Lol people on here get embarrassed WAYYYY too easily. I must have much less shame.
-
Lol fair enough.
-
All of that is fair. Like I said, I see any addition to the process as a welcomed step forward and while some fans haven't gotten the ultimate prize of the center ice/court logo, it's moving along. I think seeing this progress is good and ignoring it and focusing on one piece is not going to improve anything at all.
-
Lol why are you analyzing what I said? IT'S JUST A FUNNY PICTURE haha. Let it be.
-
I have no idea if those logos were in those places last year, honestly. Your word/memory versus Hodgson's, I guess. I have no reason to disbelieve either of you haha. If the list of what he provided was new adaptations and uses of the logo, I see that as a step forward.
-
The ND word mark is absolutely a part of the marketing brand. The logo, as he just said, will be placed many other places, this year. Again, take it as a step forward instead of such a travesty of justice.
-
He literally just gave you a list of all the ways the logo will be integrated further and yet this doesn't do it.... C'mon, give a little! Cripes! The new text is 100% a part of the new brand. Maybe if you see everything as a step forward instead of demanding a leap, this will ease your mind a little.

Couldn't care less if he takes offense to it, nor how much money he makes. Because he did nothing with the Gophers, the situation itself and the face he made, he will always be this to me:

I guess I'm confused... are you saying that I am TOO positive about my team? lol.

Definitely agree with this... also, I have a hunch that that kind of trend won't continue and this should make us hopeful. No way we miss the same amount of open nets this year. Just not mathematically possible -

We have to quit comparing teams to 15-16. That is a once in a generation team. The were a ridiculous blend of stud D and forwards. Drafted and undrafted players. We have enough talent left this year and coming in to win four games in late March and early April, in my opinion. -

As the second youngest player in the USHL, no less. I'll take the blame for it haha. People are seeming to be excited about a kid that compares to another kid coming into our roster this year. Hain is comparable and is definitely coming to UND. Not sure there's a spot for Weiss. -

Mancinelli... I've heard some good stuff about this kid. -

Si, senor. Agreed to all. Plus, the group of recruits on the blueline that we have coming in the next handful of years, starting in 18-19 is the best in the country, hands down. This is constantly ignored. Tychonick, JBD and Kleven have the potential to be stars. -

Don't take that as a dig at you, AJS! Not my intention. It's a growing theme among our fanbase on here, though, that our recruits aren't good and everyone's else's are. He definitely wouldn't be able to come in this year, I'd think. -

Completely fair, but Hain certainly is not painted that way these days, on here. Point two is also fair.
