When a Gopher fan is the voice of reason on SS,maybe it's time for some to step back and reasses their view. This reinforces my earlier post about other teams opinion of the Sioux. I just wish some of our own fans felt the same.

I want #8 as bad as anyone. However you people that say you would take losing seasons for a natty every few years are nuts. When I visit with fans from opposing teams they never say," Wow you guys have won 7 national championships!". No,they say "You guys are always good,always in the tournament,at the Final Five, in the Frozen Four,etc." So Duluth won it all 3 years ago and Yale won it last year. How many teams "fear" playing those teams.

Having to pay ticket-bastard fees to transfer tickets. Students can't just give their tickets away if they can't make it. Not allowing lower bowl to stand.(Move em to the ends.) Hockey is a game you have to WATCH,cell phones are a constant distraction. I do think sports spectatorship will continue to decline in the future because the younger generations attention span wil soon be measured in nano-seconds. Oh yeah,and GET OFF MY LAWN!
