Don't you think people thought the same thing about Johnny Toews in college though? He played 2 years of college... Also, Oshie had no business playing 3 years but he did. I remember Michigan Tech's coach saying that Oshie was a pro playing with college players, a man amongst boys and that he essentially had no business playing college hockey. He was one guy I remember going to games his Junior year and saying "Oshie took over that entire game and won it for us". Will Eichel most likely leave after this year? Yes, but I don't think it's guaranteed.

I really hope Matthews is considering UND strongly because it would be really exciting to get to watch him play at The Ralph, even if only for a year or two. However, do you think Eichel could stay at BU for another year because I'd have to imagine that being a strong factor in his decision too with their history together. That would be a scary first line to play against for the Terriers.

Yeah, people are definitely getting carried away. It does suck that not everyone can get tickets but this shouldn't be a surprise with a 6,000 person arena 70 miles from Grand Forks. When they announced that Fargo won, my first thought was that I hope I can manage to get tickets. Also, if you want tickets badly enough you can still buy them, just might not be at the price you want.

I was one number off for the Bemidji game, I believe the pot was over $10k. The number was a 4 and we had a 9 so for a split second I got pretty excited then really sad
