someone pointed out that a snipe that hit iron and went out would be cured by using smaller nets.... could that actually be a thing? I mean we have an altitude room to deal with 2 opponents, why not nets for practice that are 3/4" smaller than regulation? Would it hurt the goalies?
I would think the UND president has to have at least raised an eyebrow to this saga... the gripes of the fans should probably be landing on his desk, not Chaves, he appears worthless.
I think the big ice helped out our power play as the defenders didn't pressure the points as much as an NHL sheet. Clowns taking no penalties last night definitely helped them.
imho, ncaa is using 3v3 followed by a shootout to mimic the NHL, so they can counter major junior claims that thier league better prepares players for the show... what the nhl does filters down...
I have been wondering if the teams recent performance vs. beginning of the season is because in the beginning thr questions about the "new" defense spurred the forward group to put in extra effort into thier defensive responsibility. Fast forward a few months....
