Pretty well known how content he is in Duluth. Plus while not unheard of, he is getting to be past the age when the NHL will pluck a guy for his first fig.

UND played not to lose a good portion of the game minus Sanderson eventually saying the h*ll with it and trying to create on his own the last couple of OTs. Very good coach, very nice guy, record in big games is on the verge of becoming very concerning.

Once again, first half was in old Decc which was a pit. A true examination of Sandelins career should start once the Amsoil opened up. Sandelin trying to recruit to old Decc is apples to oranges when compared to UND coaches Hak and Berry getting to recruit to the Taj Mahal their entire careers.

The only parody is Berry trying to match strategy with Sandelin. As for parity, maybe so, but that doesn't seem to be affecting Duluth the last 10 years in big games.

I think the seniors all leave. Thank you Bast but I want to see more Kleven, Moore, Frisch, etc. It's their turn. Sanderson could be playing for Ottawa as soon as he passes quarantine if he wants.

Doesn't seem to be an issue Sandelin has had as much in big games. With all of the talent UND had on this team, not making the Frozen Four is the equivalent of Alabama not making the BCS final four in football.

On a positive note, Sanderson is soooooo good. If he comes back it will be a miracle. Almost reminded me of Travis Roche the way he just danced around people out there.

Sioux have 4-5 players on this team that you will see skating a regular shift in the NHL. Unfortunately the team (including those stars) sh*t the bed in the biggest game of their lives to date. It happens. They will be fine.

This was the year to make hay. Denver having a down year and Duluth being a relatively young team (and limited number of games against Duluth and St Cloud) made the last to the Final 16 a little easier than most years. Duluth loses less than UND this off-season. Berry has to figure out a way to get through them at some point.
