Should this guy get a look? Rob Keys - Head Coach Findlay Team Captain for West Virginia as a player. Assistant at WVU Assistant and Recruiting coordinator at Slippery Rock. Assistant at Indiana State and New Hampshire, has coached on a FCS Playoff Team. As head coach, has turned around the Findlay Program in the GLIAC, a very good DII conference.

For the Bubba supporters out there, help this season ticket holder (and I think many others) understand why I should be excited about a Bubba hire. All I see is a slightly older Chris Mussman. An excellent coordinator with a .500 record as a head coach and not real smooth in front of a microphone, when I hear him I do not think "that is a leader of men". And I dont want to hear anything about he "bleeds UND" Mussman did too and so did most of his staff. I am open minded.......sell me.

I couldnt agree more with Mussman. And this will have Zero impact on any effort to make high profile hires by our Universities less transparent. Zero.

This is no comment on Bubba's football acumen. But, has anyone ever watched him in front of a microphone and a group? He makes Mussman look charismatic.

I think the reason we are all here is that turned out to be not a very high bar at all.
