I believe if Michaud comes, Rizzo will be delayed. Berry was on the radio on Saturday and said they have not yet determined if he will be here this fall. He mentioned Rizzo has been dealing with a nagging injury for a while.

Someone floated around Frisch’s name as the potential recruit looking to flip his commitment to SCSU. No one knows what recruit that is. It’s not Frisch. He’ll be here in the fall.

I don’t know what their plans at center are, for reference. But Berry was on the radio with Hennessy the other night and It sounds like Berry likes Shane Pinto at center. I’m not sure I see Weatherby in the top 6 at this point. Id like to see the Senden line as a third line.

I will go on record and say I do not believe the recruit in question is Frisch considering the reason he got traded to Fargo was because of Berry wanting him to play for a playoff contender before coming to UND. It just doesn’t make sense. Yeah I’m with you on that, I thought it was Randklev also. He’s not coming in the fall and maybe he doesn’t like that, and he’s already decommitted from a school so it wouldn’t shock me, while by all indications Frisch is scheduled to come in so it’d make less sense.

Guch was a Berry recruit, but the others in that class were largely committed under Hak. This upcoming freshman class will be the first class that 100% committed completely under Berry. Harrison Blaisdell and Judd Caulfield were the first recruits to commit post 2016 National Championship.

Definitely not. Need forwards at net front that can handle rebounds. Like, I don’t want to see Casey Johnson playing net front again here.

Blaisdell was on the Pipeline Show podcast recently and he said he doesn’t consider himself to be more of a scorer, but that’s the role he played on his team this year, a lot based on where he played on the PP. (He played the net front. ) But he can score goals in multiple ways. Rizzo played on the point on Penticton’s PP when I saw him, and he’s definitely more of a playmaker. But he’s got a good shot and can bury goals also.

They played in the 2013 Frozen Four, and played in the 2014 and 2015 Regional Finals. They have won tourney games. Though they do have a lot of puzzling losses.

Maybe when he was in the NHL he had a PP quarterback that could gain the zone? because honestly that’s half the problem here.

Next year’s freshman class is the first class where every player committed after the national championship. I think we’ll have a better idea of where recruiting is at after next season. And if anyone is worried about recruiting strictly based on the opinions here, Ouch. However there are a couple recruits in the pipeline that concern me. But personally, I’d be more worried about why some of these players aren’t developing when they get here.

Where did you get the mid season info? He has to sit out a year and 7 games. To my knowledge he’ll be here the whole year.

I swear I thought he was a senior this entire year. I went to his bio on the Gopher website and it says he gave up his final year of eligibility, so that’s proof enough for me
