What is the rumor?

He was trying so hard to not get in the "middle" of it, worried about political damage to himself. He is completely self serving. Who is Wayne working for, the state or sustaining his own career?

I think everyone is going to keep their head on a swivel on this issue. It under many fronts, judicial and otherwise will stay in the news. It would be nice of if the ND State Attorney general, Mr. No Opinion would actually give some guidance to someone on the law that was passed, and now in process of being repealed.

The recent comments by Tim O'Keefe, of the alumni association, are better late than never. I believe most of us want the nickname, but even if the state votes to keep it. It is all the unintended consequences, that I do not think UND can live with in D1 athletics. The state of ND cannot make anyone do anything, especially the NCAA as a private institution club(non profit). Its all sad, and the train is going down the track, I do not think we can stop it

Its all very messy, politically that is...and who wants to fight a whole state of Fighting Sioux Fans.....

They were a very special group of Seniors. Young men that made a difference for Sioux Hockey.
