0 goals in their last game and 0 so far today. Bang-up job.

"I'll take, 'Biggest Understatements of the Season' for $200, Alex!"

WHY ISN'T THE LEADERBOARD UPDATED YET @jimdahl? (I'm kidding, you know we appreciate all of your efforts around here).
-
And there's your dagger.
-
So you're saying he's their Kleven?
-
I’m in agreement with you - I’m curious to see what their team looks like and how the attendance is.
-
I’ll have to check out a St Thomas game at their high school rink next season and give you all my report.

WHATEVER! Everyone knows that every single sports team’s colors in the early 1900’s were black and white.

The general rule of thumb back in the day was school nickname on the home whites and town/city/state on the road jerseys. I’m just cringing at the possibility of a new “City Connect” jersey with “THE FORKS” on it. Meanwhile, my kids’ reaction: “THOSE JERSEYS ARE FIRE!”
-
@Blackheartis rumored to be entering the fan transfer portal. Early contenders are Northern Michigan, RPI, and Boston College.
-
We’re 100% in agreement on the UNO/UND game 3 jersey matchup. Would have looked much better with grey vs green. That 2016 QU/UND matchup of gold vs green was a thing of beauty.
-
Grey vs Black is just so...blah. Also in terms of "home jerseys are to be white," have you seen Minnesota and Michigan in the last, oh, 30 years? I think Quinnipiac also goes with gold at home sometimes too.
-
While I'm happy about this news, let's just say the ring-kissing over there has reached epic proportions in the last 24 hours.
-
Playing goalie at the X in the Minnesota State Tournament as an 8th grader is something most of us couldn't have pulled off...
-
And nothing stupid like Omaha’s grey “home” set. Yuck!
-
Have you watched them ruin MLB with their “City Connect” softball uniforms?
-
I don’t care who makes the jerseys so long as college hockey isn’t turned into the NBA with each team having 17 different uniforms to choose from.

Again, tell me the incentive for WMU to stay should Miami get the boot? Hey recruits, those 9.5 to 14 hour bus rides to play UMD, Denver, and North Dakota will be awesome! The fact is, Notre Dame was supposed to make this a “National” conference, not St Cloud State. I don’t blame WMU or Miami for being disgruntled.
-
And if Miami leaves, WMU’s closest travel partner goes from 4.5 hours away to over 9 hours away in Duluth. What’s their incentive to stay in the “National” Collegiate Hockey Conference? Do we want to boot DU and CC to the curb as well and become basically a Minnesota-teams minus the Gophers conference?

The closest “road trip” for Miami outside of Kalamazoo is a healthy 11 hour bus ride to Omaha. Awfully tough to bag on their fans for not making many away games.

Plus he has “destination game” experience.
