According to one Bison fan (starts with an "L") NDSU is already set to move up to the FBS because they have beaten Kansas and Minnesota (BCS teams)!!

I am not going to drive an hour to GF...pay 5 bucks for parking and roughly 10 bucks at the food stand on top of the 15 dollar ticket to watch UND play a DII team...I did enough of that prior to 2008 and a few games during transition. If I am at the Alerus I am there to see UND play a team that helps us get to the playoffs. Watching SD Mines is like paying full price to see a NFL Exhibition game. Nobody cares!!! I will listen on the radio but will not attend ANY DII/NAIA games. If I want non-DI games I will go across the river and watch Moorhead State or Concordia.

Lets just say I won't be at the Mines game...I am saving my money for the PSU game. A game that COUNTS!!!

All we have to do is win all our home games plus 2 road games and we are golden!!! Of course it sounds a lot easier than it is.

Our pass defense needs improving just look what UNC did to us. I just hope we play games where Zeb Miller doesn't have to bail us out. Those games are not good on the ol' ticker.

How about a FBS opponent. Go the NDSU route and make it against a winnable team. How about the bottom of the MAC or a Western Kentucky.

Its the same as me walking into a GFC game with my Redskins jacket. Or Dartmouth fans showing up in Indians gear. They WON'T ban fans from games or campus's for showing their old names or logos. Do they ban D.C. fans for showing up with Bullets jerseys instead of a Wizards jersey? No. Don't worry about it.

The NCAA said they were going to GF to personally look at the Ralph and "re-evaluate" the logos for removal per the settlement.

We are one of the Gophers' rival..but we are NOT NDSU's rival. Remember their rivals are UNI, SDSU, and Minnesota. Refer to Bisonville and Lakesbison for updated teams on this list.

Catch them (NCAA) at the REA since they are supposed to do a walk through to review what logos can stay and what has to go. I never heard what date that is to happen.

I had no problem with people saying Sioux Suck except 1. people start thinking they must mean the people not the team (although as stupid as it sounds), 2. NDSU fans would chant that at a NDSU vs XXXX game makes no sense. Makes you wonder at the NDSU-UND basketball game. UND will not be the Sioux (Dec 31st), what are those fans going to chant? Dakota sucks? UND sucks, Nodaks suck? Just not the same.

KVLY said yesterday the lastest it has ever got until Fargo hit 1" of snow was December 27th..it was in 1927. Hutch just said tonight that around Dec 22nd there will be a chance for some measurable snow around the 22nd of December.

Maybe this is intended for that certain school in Fargo. They love to express how they feel about UND on their shirts. Besides the Sioux in the endzones has there ever been a Sioux "logo" in the Alerus? I don't think I have ever seen one.

By the time the politics of this (protests by other towns, plus Cass County residents still pissed on the sales tax increase) is done and the ditch is complete which would take about 10-15 years Fargo would be flooded so many times it may not be even worth it.

Just got my hockey tickets in the mail for the Dec 30th Harvard game. My son has never been to a hockey game and after seeing UND hockey on tv he really wants to see the Ralph, and I haven't been to a game for about 3 years so I cannot wait to go either.

Does anyone sell the old fashion hockey game with the bubble top on it and it was USA vs USSR. I remember playing that at the Student Union at UND in the mid to late 80s.
