Nope doesn't count because the only sport at NDSU is football, all the others is just recess for students.

HUH?? If you are thinking attendance at the Alerus plus the REA is less than the Fargodome, lets see, 12,000 at the Alerus plus 11,000 at the REA I think that beats 19,000 at the Fargodome. Or 9,000 at the Montana game plus a hockey game at the REA equals more than the Fargodome.

Just went on Ticketmaster.com and looked up seat availability for the Potato Bowl Game against SDSU and counted roughly 5300 seats left so attendance should be close to 7,000 as of now with a month go. I think its going to be between 10-12k for the game.

They don't jail FU football players, because its the only sport that matters.

Just look at women's basketball the BSA I am sure was packed with Amy Ruley there but now all you hear is crickets chirping and another Loss on the books. Win and attendance grows, NDSU is at its peak now but you start dropping to 6-5 or 7-4 and start missing the playoffs and you start seeing more and more blue seats on KVLY.

Did you skip my post about 2009? Or did the 3-8 season get erased from all FU fans.

UND lately hasn't had many losing seasons either. 2010, and 2012. Amazing the thought of win and attendance goes up. Lose and attendance goes down. 2009 season is a great example of that for NDSU.

Remember that playoff against RMU was over Thanksgiving so no one could attend, yet UND played a sold out hockey game that weekend against Notre Dame. I guess we know where the Bison football fans were.

Its also a way to get the community involved. There are enough hockey only fans now we need football fans to jump on board. UND's attendance hit rock bottom during transition and now with the best home schedule in DI I think its a great way to get those fans back.

By that time UND will have its retractable 25k dome next to the IPF.

UND vs NDSU on Nov 24th.....last year on Nov 24th it was 29 with a trace of snow. So hopefully no November snowstorm to ruin the packed house!!
