Yeah UND could beat FU since they have a kickass record in the Fargodome, then GT will see that UND is back to level ground with FU and therefore will be on the phone with the Sunbelt for an invite to stay one up on UND.

This game needs to be won not only to continue our quest for a playoff berth but to gain respect. Of course FU fans won't respect us not even if we were go perfect and win a NC, but gain respect in the FCS world. South Dakota got votes in the polls, UND got zero. UND is not a name in the FCS...YET, but a win against SDSU, a ranked team from the almighty MVFC, will gain a little respect. A Bison fan even posted on AGS that fans who picked UND over SDSU may be thinking UND is playing USD ( I know typical Bison fan), so lets show the FCS, Big Sky and those jokers at FU that UND is for real by beating the Jacks!!

I know GT didn't want to move up because he didn't want to play in a crappy bowl, but maybe when the BCS teams split and if there is a NC to play for against MW, MAC, SB, etc this win against KSU may open the door to some FBS thinking.

I can't imagine him staying in the FCS but then again maybe GT will open up the option for NDSU to move up.

That into was awesome. I stood there waiting for Back in Black to start then the Welcome to the Jungle intro starts and I was like...HOLY CRAP!! They did finally get that right the only downfall is the music before the game and in between plays is too DAMN loud.

I heard through the grapevine that Midcontinent is moving into Fargo (whenever that happens), but since there is no real hurry (meaning a total cable monopoly for Fargo = $$$$) they will provide us Fargoians with Fox College Sports and all those Bison games on KVLY (PUKE).
