I thought only a logo could be trademarked not a name. Just like Solen High School (located on the Standing Rock Reservation) is the Sioux just with a different logo.

I just didn't know if conferences will see schools offering a COA as a positive or a negative.

So will this distance us from other FCS teams when the call to move up happens? Do FBS conferences look at this piece of the pie when inviting FCS teams?

I can see the Montana's, and UNI following the other 2 Dakota's.
