You are correct. I was misinformed about the situation. I just checked the official Nebraska Athletics website and it would appear that they don't have an official school sponsored team. That said, there's no reason for you to be an absolute dick about that. And yes our team is relatively easy to join...perhaps because it's only two years old. Go figure that you can't just create an elite program out of nothing. Btw - Lacrosse lost at NDSU on Saturday and won against Moorhead at home on Sunday to close out their season.

They did beat THE Nebraska Cornhuskers...a legitimate D-I team. 14-7.

Found out that the game is on the astroturf out behind the FargoDome. Saturday 3PM. Sioux vs. Bison. Be there!

I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but I believe that currently no official UND teams play NDSU. However, our rescently revitalized lacrosse team does play the Bison. The game is this coming Saturday, April 19th at 3PM in Fargo. Not sure on the exact location but I'll be sure to post it when I find it. If you're going to be in Fargo Saturday or have nothing else to do and want to cheer on the Sioux against the Bison, come on out! Personally, Kozek's goal was much more special. Being at the game does have something to do with it, but before the 3rd everyone felt like we were 20 minutes of mediocre hockey away from the end. Coming back like we did was amazing and Kozek capped it off. Both were outstanding though.

I haven't heard from Mike in a while, but I'd suspect that the shoulder/recovery is still holding him back. I hope we get to see him out there scoring goals next year. Honestly he's one of the nicest guys I've met in my entire life. Wish him nothing but the best.

He's not under any NCAA regulations any more so it very well could be him selling off the equipment.

I agree. Dan Frei has done a great job with the girls. Hopefully he'll get the job and can bring in another quality assistant. Nothing against Stiles, but I've taken a class from him and I've met Dan...I'd rather be coached by Dan.
