I heard an employee for cloverdale meats quit yesterday. Seeing as they are the official hotdog of the Ralph, which is the very arena that the sioux play in this must be bunings fault.

Just to be clear what are we all "Blaming Buning" for?

fs1, 7nationaltitles, What are we all supposed to believe? since you have so much insight on this situation. I can believe whomever i want and you can believe in whomever it is you want also. End of story. But im saying that UND is top to bottom better and more popular in all sports than ever before. We still have Lennon. We still have Hakstol. Take a pill. If there is a situation then it must not be severe enough to have a huge arguement over.

That is exactly what im trying to get across. If Mr. Buning is such a bad AD, the alumni association would be taking some action as we speak. Everyone wont just turn the other cheek for Buning and run this school into the ground. Come on really if it was something they couldnt resolve do you honestly think hed be our athletic director at this point. Im sayin that losts of people have not so good working relationships. If this one is as bad as everyone thinks then you cant tell me that Coach Lennons ties with the alumni association havent been looking into this issue. Everything will be ok.

Jeez did i start all this? I guess I was just going back to when fs1 was all panicing over how lennon was sooo gone and hakstol is gonna be next and the end is near because i have a close a source that tells me so and so on. Then what do you know? Lennon decides to stay! Wow you were pretty close there! I think i should hang on your every word jis cause u say so. Im not saying i dont believe everything you say. And im not going to go jusmping to conclusions about how you "are not privy to the information pertaining to the problems". Im just stating that what makes what you believe more credible than my sources? Im not asking you to befriend who it is you say are your sources and give all your info just for me to believe you. What im asking is that you put yourself in my shoes for a moment? Would you believe someone has all the info you could ask for on the subject, but cant back up his talk?

It was basically a bunch of ppl making something out of absouletly nothing. Some even had Dave Hakstol on the way out!

I believe that UND athletics as a whole are better and more popular than ever. And last I checked hakstol and lennon are still here, and we are more competitive than ever across the board for all sports. The way some of you are talking about Mr. Buning "overstaying his welcome" and "Just quit before all our good coaches leave" is completely jumping to conclusions. Lennon hasnt even gone anywhere and we are starting the Buning hate mail. There are plenty more reasons than just not liking Buning. One is money, two is its a bigger football program and maybe he wants a change or who knows. As a very big sioux athletics fan I must say that Buning in my opinion has done a good job so far. And have no reason to think otherwise at this point. So i guess what im trying to say is we all need to just settle down a little bit. Nothing remotely bad has happened yet and hopefully won't.

anyone else think its hilarious that the self-proclaimed "State of Hockey" isnt even showing the wild in the playoffs but instead showing the first games of the twins on tv.

First of all im not into bashing players either. But im really getting sick of people bringing up again and again and again the people (which most if not all has said much about lee) that have bashed them and how their morons and just bringing up the past. I for one dont think lee has performed well, but that doesnt give anyone the right to bash him and as of right now WHO IS? So why dont we jis drop this whole i told you so crap and worry about the present instead of bringing out things in the past and name calling on a subject that is supposed to be a positive one. Enough with the "hey lee bashers". Just needs to be let go.

Why can you take shots at fans that dont like lee, but then they cant even say a bad word at all about lee without gettin lynched? HYPOCRIT?

I'm also going to assume that Toews and Lee are gone. I'd like to see something like this. Dunc-Osh-Trupp Watty-Vandy-Malone Kozek-Kaip-Hextall Miller-Martens-Zajac Chorney-Bina Finley-Genoway Lapoint-Jones I am just speculating but these lines would work for me. I thought the 4th line was alot more effective when martens was out there. Radke just doesn't do it for me. I would hate for a guy like martens or zajac sit and then get pissed off and leave. Forney is a big question mark at this point. I don't know if it would be better to send him to juniors for a year or see how he does in his sophomore year. I'm going to be honest I don't know much about Hamilton so I don't know where he fits in. On defense I realize Marto would be our 7th guy there. So he could step in if someone gets injured or there game goes to crap.

not that this means a whole lot but i saw toews today on campus going to class. still going to class gives a little hope of staying i hope

I doubt he sits on his computer fishing for insults aswell, but their are many other ways to know that people dont like you very much. Word travels fast, especially when your a player for the premiere sports team in North Dakota.

I've heard from a very reliable source that lee is as good as gone. They say that reasons are he is sick of being ridiculed for being such a high draft pick and not performing well enough. He wants to sign with the AHL and hopefully improve his game there. Im not having such a hard time facing reality here on this one. I dont really know what he expects. Athletes get ridiculed all the time in every sport on every level. It's not like hes the first person to be ridiculed by his own fans. Oh well if you ask me I dont think he really fit our system anyways and hopefully finds something better for himself elsewhere.
