I thought those announcers for the Badgers were hilarious. Did anyone else catch a couple times when they had an odd man rush the one would say "Hammer it"! I almost died laughing.

Eaves is a little bitch and I have lost what little respect I had for the man. What kind of coach shakes your hand and then as you are walking away starts screaming at you. If you got a problem at least confront hak about it to his face like a man and not cower behind a line judge and assistant coach.

Im kinda hoping to see davidson crack the lineup if they want a more physical presence. I just want to see what that kid has to offer.

You ever think there's a reason Oshie gets props everywhere. No disrespect to Forney as I think if he stays in the lineup he may become a big key this season. But this has to be the first time ive seen a thread giving congrats to a player for simply playing a game.

How about some props to Oshie. Not only did he play last night but he had a Hat Trick and scored his 100th point as a sioux.

I agree with everything you just said. The no nickname thing is what i thought since this happened. Does anyone else think if we were to get a new mascot and logo it would really make the Ralph look cheap. I mean you would be walking in the halls and see a sioux logo in granite on the floor, then look on the wall and it says (insert new name here). I think it would be rediculous. Plus I think if we got to have no nickname it would be a moral victory for the ones that really care. This way we could call ourselves the Sioux and wear our sioux gear and not have to listen to all the complaining of others.

I am so angry right now words cannot describe it. Yesterday after I heard the details of the settlement I went to an establishment in Grand Forks. There just so happened to be a Native American working. He was wearing a shirt that said something to the tune of "Original Homeland Security since 1800 or so, and on that shirt there was a big picture of native warriors with their guns! Are you kidding me. Why can we not wear a symbol of the Native Americans and treat it with pride. When they go around flaunting terrible shirts like that. I also think that we should have no nickname at all. Be the University of North Dakota. That's it nothing more. Does anyone else think it would really cheese up the Ralph buy putting logos of another nickname on the walls and such when there are still logos of the Sioux imbedded in the floors. I think it would seriously look cheesy. Anyone else hear that retard Ed Schultz's rant on Ralph. I did and totally lost any little little respect I had for that Wishy washy Flaming Liberal! So when and where are the protests to keep the sioux name today?

My best guess would be some sort of insurance the school has to take out if the cheerleaders are going to be on the ice. But then again that is just a pure guess.

A little off subject but does anyone know what was up with the cheerleaders at the game. I thought Buning got rid of the cheerleaders at hockey or did I miss something?
