Via the official news release from UNDSports.com Paul Kelly from College Hockey Inc. was on a radio show tonight and said theScore hopes to air more college hockey games next year and beyond.

It's frustrating for the fans, but it has to be 10x more frustrating for the coaches. I read on twitter that Sioux recruit Miles Koules' WHL rights were traded to Medicine Hat, one of the teams his dad once played for. Brad Schlossman believes Koules' commitment to UND is solid and said he will be visiting UND soon. However, with the way things are going and the ease with which Miller and Matteau lied to our coaches, nothing would surprise me at this point.

I will be attending a conference in Minneapolis next week and will now be able to attend both games in St. Cloud. My last trip to St. cloud was 10 years ago and I only attended the Sat game. I would appreciate any tips on restaurants, things to do, places to stay, parking, etc. A friend and I are also considering making the trip to Duluth in Feb.

I haven't come across any articles about a recent suspension for Matteau. The only articles I found are from spring 2011 when he was suspsended for a hit on St. Clair. Matteau played for Team USA tonight against BU and scored a goal.

Tough to lose another high-caliber recruit, but at least the coaches have a lot more time to find a replacement than they did when Miller bolted.

The UND SID said this morning via twitter that there will be a webcast on UNDSports.com. The link will probably appear closer to game time. If it's not on the Live Events page, look on the men's hockey schedule page.

To those unable to make it to Winnipeg this weekend, it sounds like the game will be streamed on UNDSports.com

I believe UNO has only sold out a handful of games in the Century Link Center so at this point I wouldn't worry too much about not being able to get tickets to a series against UND. The games against the Sioux last year didn't sell out. Granted, things could change over the next couple of years as the UND-UNO rivalry grows. Also of note, for the last month or two, UNO has been trying to sell out its game against Duluth next weekend. Yesterday, I read on a UNO message board that they are handing out large quantities of FREE tickets in the hope of filling the place for TV (game is on NBC Sports Network).
