Getting your a** kicked by MSU and EWU, like we did last year, is more of an issue as it relates to a season overall than getting drubbed by the Ducks or a comparible program IMO.

Been to Autzen twice. Great, great college FB atmosphere. Getting beat soundly wouldn't damper the overall experience for a UND squad in one of these big time venues. Agree Faison needs to get on the horn to schedule UND in a game like this.

Not making light of the current 'SU situation or Bohl's involvement (or lack thereof), but little rivals the lawlessness of the Hager era at 'SU IMO.

NDSU has won 2 natty's with marginal QB play at best. Their D totally controls the show in Fargo. You give up less than 14 points a game week in and week out, QB play becomes almost a non-factor as long as the QB doesn't lose games...which Jensen has done. Jensen was 4-11 w a pick, I believe, in their big spring game. The back-up QB from Bismarck is the real deal but how can Bohl trump a QB that's won 2 NC's? UND has no choice but to give the ball to an inexperienced QB.

Thought Toews has really stepped up the last 2 games. I look for another big game from him tomorrow.

Unless our D is vastly improved and Muss shows he is actually a valid D1 coach 6-5 is spot on although I'm holding out hope for 7-4. But 6-5 or worse better get some coaching changes starting w the HC.

Playoffs or bust? Don't neccessarily agree with that but do agree he has done nothing in the D1 era so far that screams he can flat out coach. Playoffs this year would be great. Anything less than 7-4 will be unacceptable IMO when you take into account the schedule. And if we have a couple woodshed beatings like last year, that will be extremely disappointing. A 6-5 season or worse should be reason enough for a head coaching change though.

GT better really like Fargo because after this ongoing fiasco he isn't getting a better AD gig anywhere else. Talk about a total lack of leadership at the head of the athletic dept.! Not creating any accountability from day 1 has trickled down to this most recent situation.
