This team's best hockey IMO started after the St. Clown debacle at home with a tie wtih SCSU on Jan. 26 then continued thru UNO series when they went 3-0-2 in that stretch. Gotta win 4 straight...fingers crossed!

Their speculation to #4 is probably not far off. Inconsisitent goaltending, due to the fact no one knows who will start Friday, and this team's inability to finsih grade A chances have been issues all season.

Good to hear. Was expecting a playoff game at the X between the UM/UND. Hope it happens Saturday. It's great for college hockey! Rarely have to worry about Danny and his effort and play game in and game out. Problem is as of late there have been too many passangers on any given night. That has to change...

I tend to agree with this post. If one goalie has the "potential" to play really well for 4 games and possibly steal one along the way I would give Zane that edge. Now with that being said it frustrating this is even a conversation about who is going to start heading into the NCAAs.

With the way these brackets shake out kind of surprised DU wasn't placed in GR and some how these committee clowns didn't somehow work Michigan into the region as well!

I'm with you. OD has to sit especially with the way Pattyn's line has been playing. This game will go 1 of 2 ways...5-1 UND or a Yale game.

Moy has UND to GR with UM.

Moy's final prediction...BC goes to Providence. GR has Gophs vs Yale and UND vs Niagara.

Bottom line if UND doesn't get consistent play and effort from the 18 guys in the lineup and decent goaltendeing Niagara might give us more than we want regardless of the region.

Attendance will basically stink regardless...but I see what you are saying. My gut says this all comes down to a BC thing in either scenario and whether or not the committee has the stones to ship them west. Moy seems to think BC staying out east trumps everything.

Moy always seems to be spot on but I don't see how either of his scenarios happens.

Meet Mafia last night face to face. Great to put a name with a face. Now with that being said and after reading about Wilbur's looks, I think I might have some serious competition for a hand modeling gig with Oil of Olay at next weekend's auditions at MOA if they attend!! After visiting w Mafia I'm now even more disappointed I missed the brunch.
