I don't know if UND's 3rd quarter or Griz's 4th quarter was more poorly called from an offensive standpoint. Do know everyone in my section was screaming play to win and not to lose in the second half.

Just got back to Fargo as well. All credit goes to the players for this win. Read into that as you wish. I'll disagree w Darrell in that I thought UND could of and should of won this game handily. Griz D is worse than ours...if that's possible, but 5 straight stops to end the game was the difference. Offensively, one word...Madden-like!!! Wow!

Clark gets start again tonight.

In Muss we trust... 14 point lead and come out flat to start half. Playing not to lose...which we are!

Griz D is pathetic. Ours is just flat out bad. At game...fun too watch. Hardin's dad right behind me. Cool guy. 1k+ Griz fans I would guess.

Big key to win was UND's lack of time on the PK. Expect that to change w Mac back tonight though. He'll be good for 3 minors at a minimum.

Even though u know my feelings on certain things about this program, I still have UND today. I think the D can't totally suck 4 straight game.

I would be suprised if Rocco didn't score tonight. Would be suprised if Easy Mac did score tonight. He might be our 2nd best forward tonight but the gap between those 2 is huge. If Rocco doesn't score at least one, UND is in trouble.

Bottom line Rocco is the only "goal scorer" playing forward tonight. Someone might pop one in, but 7 career goals doesn't scream "count on". Now watch him get a hatty tonight!

Easy Mac isn't someone I would count on tonight, but I could be wrong. That being said a win tonight will be a bonus.

Looking at who is able to play tonight one wonders where UND is going to get sustained offense from other than Rocco. I can see this one being a 2-1 game either way. Getting the 3 captains back for Saturday will make a huge diffference and I think UND rolls Saturday if they get any decent goaltending whatsoever.

My Griz buddy in Missoula said fan base there not happy! Even though Griz are young too many mistakes being made physically and mentally. Sound familiar??? He thinks it will be easier for UND to control Griz run game vs. Griz controlling UND passing game especially in a controlled weather enviroment. I told him he hasn't seen our run D!!! Still, we both like UND in this one.

Based on 2 exhibition games Clark starts Friday. If he plays well start him again Saturday.

So what you're saying is you have UND in 2 blowout wins this weekend!

Back to the game itself...I saw the Griz week 1 vs. the Yotes. I know that was awhile ago, but if UND can slow down their running game at all I see UND winning this one and possibly by double digits. I have know doubt Hanson plays better than last Saturday (provided he isn't out from the head to head shot). As UND-FB-FAN stated above, FB is about adjustments. The UND coaching staff knows the Griz are going to smash mouth the ball on the ground.

And if I would have hit those 2 15 footers for birdie and holed out from the fairway for eagle Sunday I would have shot 74 instead of 78! I hear and get what you are saying, but UND is 3-4...it is what it is.

Fair enough. I think we both want to see this FB program take off and become something that has the buzz of the hockey program How that eventually happens and who gets us there, I think we see differently and we can agree to disagree on how that might come about.
