Was NDSU the same team yesterday that lost week one at Montana? Not even close. Was UND the same team the last 2 weeks of their season as they were week 3 at NDSU. Not even close. Is Alabama the same team going into the title game tomorrow that they were a few weeks back when they lost to Ole Miss? Again.....no. It's not like NDSU went undefeated this season and blew everyone out.......they got better as the year went along.......as did UND. Some people don't get it............

Never suggested that........ but living in Fargo and watching the NDSU playoff games I have little doubt UND would have been just as or more competitive vs SU than any team they actually played on the way to the title.

Exactly......and there are even some on this site that claim our D2 FB title is more substantial and significant than our 7 D1 hockey titles.

In this 5 year run SU has had the best D in the FCS and the 3rd or 4th best O-line in the Big 10.

Wyoming is and has been a grave yard for coaches........one only goes there to get paid.

This game and the playoffs show 2 things: 1) The gap between SU and the rest of the FCS 2) How badly UND got screwed by being left out of playoffs. JSU sucks.

Because the best 2 teams in college FB play Monday.........not in 50 minutes.

It is the safest play for the coaching staff if he is medically cleared..............will be some second guessing if SU loses but not as much if he didn't start and they went with Stick and lost.

Completely agree with your post except that what we eventually will wind up with will be much worse than "something that looks like this". Trust me on this one.

Ugh.....................for the last time the logo on the right WILL NEVER happen. Can we at least put that to bed? F-n Hawks is generic and PC acceptable and so the logo will also be generic and PC acceptable. To think otherwise is well........not thinking at all.
