  1. I don't know either way on that one. This article talks about it being a WCHA record, but it might be a NCAA record. Anyone know for sure? Meanwhile, Duncan is at: Fr - 46 gp So - 43 gp Jr - 43 gp Sr - 36 gp (so far) 168 gp total for him so far Assuming no injuries, the regular season will have him at 170 gp. Then let's say a 2-game WCHA 1st round playoff (could be 3 games) and 2 games at the F5 (if they make it). That's 174 or 175 gp right there. He can certainly break Porter's record if the Sioux win a game or two in the NCAA tourney...
  2. He's also closing in on Porter's consecutive games played WCHA record. That would be impressive.
  3. I'm game. I was planning on bringing my hockey stuff anyway, just in case.
  4. Bruneteau, Cichy, and Kristo are coming for sure. If Forney decides to return, add him to that list. That leaves one open spot, and Knight, Rowney, or Mattson to fill it. I think it would be between Knight and Mattson.
  5. redwing77, why don't you buy the webcast so that you can watch the games? It's much more fun that way.
  6. At home. Still two more regular season games to go.
  7. I think his teammate Walsky has him beat. Definitely some speedsters on that team. Two games...but all it takes is one.
  8. That would be awesome. Many thanks!
  9. It's quite satisfying to me. Two tough teams that are both playing desperate hockey. And now we're in 1st place.
  10. 1st period over. 2-0 UND 13-8 SOG UND
  11. There's one that Bachman would like back.
  12. Back out there.
  13. Malone on the bench with a possible arm injury... We really don't need all these injuries right now.
  14. According to Brad, Miller is in. Good news. Hopefully the injury to Gregoire is nothing serious...
  15. Not the best way to start the game, but hopefully Davidson (and Finehage if Miller can't go) play well. And we can hope that we have everyone (Gregoire, Toews, Miller, Trupp, etc) back at 100% heading into Madison next week...
  16. According to Brad, Gregoire got nicked up in the Sat game. So Kozek moves up to the top line and Davidson will take Kozek's spot on the 4th line. Also, Miller is a question mark too. Finehage is warming up in case Miller can't play. Ouch.
  17. I think Trupp earned his way back to the 2nd line. He had a good game yesterday. I guess the goal that deflected in off of Civitarese cost him a lineup spot.
  18. Sounds like another UW recruit didn't pan out. According to Chuck Schwartz on USCHO, there is a rumor that goalie recruit Crandall was told that Eaves no longer had a scholarship offer for him. Crandall was having a horrible year in the USHL, and with Bennett from BU joining them next year, I guess Eaves didn't want him anymore. All of this stuff is going to catch up to Eaves at some point. If I was a parent with a kid that was being recruited by UW, all of these de-commitments from both players and the coaching staff would make me think twice about even considering UW. Of course, my kid would be pro-Sioux/anti-Badger to begin with, but you get the point.
  19. More than likely either MTU or UAA. But there is also still the chance that we could play MSUM or UMN if we finish in 3rd.
  20. Haha.
  21. Agreed, especially with a home regional this year. Then all it takes it two home wins and they're at the F4. No, I would much rather see both UMN and BC miss the NCAA's this year.
  22. The Sioux are still 9th in PWR (tied for 8th, but lose in RPI to UNH). The Gophers have not clinched home ice yet, that was just the Gopher homers already assuming that they will sweep MTU next weekend. UMN could still finish anywhere from 3rd to 8th in the league.
  23. The Sioux get some help from UAA. The Seawolves sweep UAF, beating them 3-0 tonight.
  24. Or less, depending on what happens in the CC/DU game next weekend.
  25. UAA is leading UAF 2-0 End of 2
