    I'd be fine with them ripping apart the East next season and then we take them down in the title game like what happened with QU this year.

    When it was live on ESPN2, they showed the whole trophy presentation, but not the all-tourney team announcement.

    My only complaint of him so far is that he couldn't convince his buddy Fabbro into joining him at UND instead of going to BU.

    He's playing amazing right now! 2nd scorer (USA's Yamamoto) has 9 pts compared to his 14, but USA has played one less game until tonight. Honestly, if Schmaltz stays and Jost lives up to expectations, that line could be as fun to watch as last year's CBS line.

    Agreed on that. I think I saw that they could potentially have 5 first round draft picks in their incoming class? That's insane. I would guess that a couple could leave after their freshman years and that very few, if any, make it to their junior year. Regardless, that's an insane recruiting class. Props to their coaches on lining that up!

    Demko departs BC now too. That brings them to 5 early departures this offseason. Ouch! Might be a rebuilding year next season for the Eagles. I'm interested to see how that #1 recruiting class over at BU does...wonder if they'll lift BU back up.

    That wasn't a difficult task for opponents of the D1 teams for UW & UMN...I can only wonder how much easier it would be to beat their club teams.

    Lots of friends still in GF (lived there for the first 25 years of my life), but thankfully none of them are NDSU fans (smart group of friends) so they don't post that garbage.

    Agreed. I didn't even realize that NDSU was in the championship again this year until someone posted it on FB. Of course, I'm a long ways away from that scene.

    So it looks like the B10 playoff tourney? I can't believe the Canadians don't travel for the U18's...they certainly come in packs for the U20.

    Haha, that whole article just reads like sour grapes. How long ago was QU the Braves? I knew that was their former nickname (so the author lost the bet there!), but I am not sure how long since they switched to the Bobcats. But I can guarantee you that it wasn't just within the last two years like the Sioux to Hawks transition. These things take time, especially for a school with such a large tradition built behind that nickname.

    I believe it was Mike Prpich a few years ago that created a user on here and posted after his senior season was complete to thank the fans. I sat next to Matt Jones in a computer class at Gamble Hall when he was at UND. Every day before class started he would go on to SiouxSports.com and check out the posts.
