  1. Miami PP
  2. Berg with a couple good chances early.
  3. Not really big moves, just moving around a couple players the last couple weeks since Johannes was injured.
  4. Yes, but if the game is still happening, it will pick up live, so you have to quickly scroll it back to the beginning if you don't want to ruin the outcome.
  5. I know they put Kunz on the top line during the 3rd period of the DU Sat game, but those lines were sure clicking well with Perron up top and Strinden on the 3rd. We'll see how it goes I guess. Maybe they'll swap again during the game.
  6. Kunz and Perron flip again & Strinden back to the 4th line:
  7. Barbolini and Neaton both being out is huge for them. One is arguably their best player and the other was their starting goalie.
  8. Ha, yeah it's not surprising that no team from the 70's/80's is on that list of least penalized teams.
  9. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/once-known-for-being-a-menace-und-is-now-one-of-the-ncaas-most-disciplined-teams This year's team is on the verge of finishing as the least penalized UND team in program history. UND's least penalized seasons 2023-24 — 6.62 penalty minutes/game* 1947-48 — 6.81 1954-55 — 6.93 1948-49 — 7 1953-54 — 7.15 1952-53 — 7.3 1950-51 — 8.5 *As of Feb. 1, 2024
  10. Johannes and Albrecht didn't make the trip to Miami...both still injured. So that means every other player was able to make the trip. https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/und-miami-both-will-be-without-regulars-for-weekend-series Miami missing some players due to injury as well:
  11. https://www.uscho.com/2024/01/31/bracketology-2-a-correction-and-a-look-at-movement-as-we-move-closer-to-seasons-end-for-college-hockey/ Rematch of last year's national title game in the 1st round would be cool. RI and MO are tough regionals, I could see any of the top 3 in those regionals advancing. I would like this bracket for UND. I'd like their chances to advance out of that SD regional.
  12. Like UW the last time they won a title. If I remember correctly, they didn't have to leave the state of Wisconsin for their entire NCAA run.
  13. The WMU / DU series is intriguing. Neither got the number of points that they were wanting/expecting out of last weekend. They should both be hungry.
  14. Neither of those guys are too biased. All of a sudden, BU is on a 3-game losing skid.
  15. Gotta remember the East Coast Bias though. They won't want two Western players in the hattrick. My guess would be Rizzo/Insert BU player/Insert BC player for the hattrick.
  16. Could tie that record this weekend.
  17. Dang! Hatty and Boeser hits 30 goals.
  18. Current PWR picture looks like this after this weekend's games: HEA (6) - BC, BU, Maine, Prov, UMass, UNH NCHC (4) - UND, DU, SCSU, WMU B10 (4) - UW, MSU, UMN, Mich ECAC (2) - QU, Cornell That's the top 16 with ASU, CC, and UNO in 17-19 spot. Top AHA team is RIT at #23. Top CCHA team is MSUM at #27. The AHA & CCHA bids would eliminate UNH and Cornell from the field at least, barring any other league playoff surprises.
  19. Hopefully Perron can get going again against Miami next weekend. He scored in both Miami games earlier this season, but now hasn't scored since the Alaska series.
  20. 14 league games down, 10 to go. UND with a 4pt lead on SCSU and a 9pt lead on CC/DU. 3rd thru 6th is a cluster with only 3pts separating CC, DU, WMU, and UMD. If there's a year when it would be much more beneficial to finish 1st rather than 2nd or 3rd...it is this year. Playing Miami in the 1st round of the playoffs as opposed to UNO, UMD, WMU, etc would be much preferred.
  21. Oh man, a good weekend in Miami and we could be seeing history here. That's awesome.
