  1. Which one?
  2. Denver jumps to #2.
  3. Someone should have told them that Lofquist and Kessel were off-limits then.
  4. 3-1 Denver, 2nd for Ostrow.
  5. I've been watching, and only know that he left. I don't think they've said yet. It'd be awesome if SCSU can put one in some how some way. Don't think it's gonna happen though.
  6. 2-1 Denver now.
  7. A tie is ok though. SCSU has had their chances, but I just don't think Denver will lose this one. They are too good.
  8. Roe just got pasted, finally getting up.
  9. Duluth 2 Minnesota 1. UMD scores 12 seconds into the 2nd period.
  10. OSU 4, Miami 2 now.
  11. 1-1 Minnesota
  12. 1-0 Duuuuuhluth Patterson is the starter, not Kangas.
  13. I wouldn't say typical Sioux fan...there are more on your side of the fence in that opinion I think.
  14. That's pretty neat, it's cool to see some people have a good head on their shoulders out there.
  15. Yeah, you are absolutely right. That totally slipped my mind about him as well. When you need that big faceoff win, especially on special teams, no one is better than Vande Velde.
  16. Well, the biggest thing is, and the guys on the Pipeline radio interview touched on it, is VV's size and strength. He's developed nicely here at UND and has the physical capabilities to be succesful at the next level. He's been awesome offensively the second half of the year despite never rising to SOME people's expectations. It'd be nice to see him back, but if he leaves, I don't think he'd struggle all that much in the AHL.
  17. Of course you can use my picture as your avatar!
  18. I retire all things that fail to bring titles...
  19. Did someone say Kermit the Frog?
  20. Agreed. The only way it could work in GF is if there are some very strong Sioux ruits tied to the program. And even then, it'd be a tough road.
  21. After last year's season, I said there might be a slim chance that VV leaves during the summer. Everyone basically said I was dumb and that he'll be a four year player for sure. Now it doesn't seem that way.
  22. Basically he said he's willing to explore his options, but wasn't sure. He'd like to see what kind of room is available in the AHL/NHL and just see how he feels in the off-season. One of the interviewers was pretty sure he was leaving in a post-interview discussion. The other guy wasn't so sure. Chris played it cool, but I'd say it's 60-40 he's gone next year.
  23. That's what I like to hear. Go Purple Cows...Go WCHA!
  24. No Rakhshani AZ?
  25. Jamie McBain as POY
