It just seems that the D men play better when anyone other than Homer is in. Maybe it it just in my head, but I think it's true.

It was a mistake starting Homer.

Goalie cake walk has to end. Defense needs to wake the freak up. And forwards need to find a way to slot some home. 4 goals (albeit one ENG) in 8 shots is pathetic.

Damn. That sucked. The boys got what they deserved. The coaching staff too. Can't phone in one period and expect a good outcome. Still don't understand pulling Homer on the PP. And we never should have started Homer.

Well, that was silly.

That's two the refs missed. In a row.

So, when we pull the goalie for an extra attacker, can we expect better than our normal PP? I vote to keep him in.

I think a big part of defensive success is having a goalie backing the defense that everybody trusts and understands. Personally, I see that with Jan, not Homer.

An offense that can't slot goals. Defense that doesn't defend. Net minder who doesn't mind.

What a terrible 2nd period. Another end-of-the-period goal. Grrrr.
