I think your point about education could be debated. I would hope all athletes' are in college for the education. But, we know that is not true. We have seen this time and time again. I would like to see an alternative to college like baseball and hockey. It would allow the athlete to truly concentrate on the sport they are interested in and to maximize earnings power. I think it is a matter of time before some type of developmental league forms for football and basketball - were high school kids are drafted and players have a choice. NOTE: I think there are many, many talented kids who never go the college route and just stop playing after high schools because they didn't want to go to college.
Hmmm, UND lost to two of those teams also. Only difference was UNI game. And UND won Head to Head. Resume not much different. Now, NDSU is looking much better and UND has slid back since Ziebarth injury. I think that his injury really impacted the team because he is the only running back with between the guards power. And the offense needs to establish that up the middle power running game to open up the quick outside plays.
Well, so far - how does the CAA get two seeded teams? How does the regular season matter and NCC make it in... and the commentator rationalizing it by saying they beat 3 CAA teams. Really!!
That guys energy was crazy. I remember him running around when UND had that major come back against USD to win the Great West Championship. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
Hey, good luck with everything I always enjoyed your content. Many times, when I would join game threads late. But, I was able to scan the thread to get caught up and finish watching the game. Thanks for all your work over the years.
