We must have lost battles in recruiting. I have a hard time believing we are that bad this year

old school guy Are there Any changes in the current transfer rules you would like to see I think the rules have to be tightened up some but don’t have any specifics thanks

Never played competitive hockey. Wondering if something like spearing and checking from behind into the boards is a conscious decision or a reflex action. More broadly, are almost all penalties preventable?
