    You say Grand Sky's main purpose is for defense. OK A local man in the aerospace business called into local radio one day as I was listening. He said he got a phone call one day from one of our Washington representatives. Telling this local guy what plans they have for Grand Sky. Do I questions the state when it comes to the GF area. I do question there motives.. As David Flynn from UND has said I have not yet seen the proof that Grand Sky will be a big thing.

    Is Grand Sky limited in its potential? Is the state looking out for GF? The state owes GF ten million dollars. We the tax payers property owners pay for the maintenance on state roads. Ya they care about GF.

    What are we doing wrong in America where we have become a country where there Is no money for things. When you see the cities in the Far East you can see the pride they have. There cities are stunning to look at. No money for roads water pensions bridges sports.

    Should have Grand Sky been at the airport? Why place it at the Base if your limited with your potential? Is Grand Sky fenced off from the Base itself. I hear on the radio this industry has Hugh potential and Fargo is going to sit back and say GF this ones yours. And the people who control the state are from where?

    OK how do you think Minnesota colleges bank. How much business does the State Bank take from the private sector in ND?

    When the Ralph Engelstad Arean in handed over the money made there will go straight to the State Bank. I’ve also been asking about the State Mill and if it taxed like any other business.

    Welcome Wesley the last 2 O Line transfers were Colton Boas and Michael Coe and they turned out to be all conference type players. You and Rain Slater could be key additions for a quality O Line with some depth. Hope the guys already here have improved and have great years. And hope your all conference to.

    Question about online University's. Are many private. Is there big mmoney to be made in this. If UND goes in that direction the state not the school would profit from that. Will there be less and less kids coming to GF to fuel our econommy. NDSU wants kids on cammpus in town spending $. 700 more freshman on campus at SU than UND this year. Like the commercial on TV says. You see it don't you.

    To borrow $ from the Legacy Fund would both the house and senate have to vote to approve it first? Once approved a city would only have to deal with the State Bank not stand up in the house and justify your need for $. Pretty slick. How many cities are going to add debt to their bottom line. Borrow $ hard times come and the local people have to raise property taxes to pay the state back. If you see a certain city borrowing a ton of $ from the Legacy Fund grab as much as you can. When nobody is paying it back what are they going to do foreclose on you.

    How much money has Al Carlson brought home the last 5 years when everyone else has had to make cuts. I'd bet over 3 billion. 3 Billion maybe a stretch 1 billion to fight the Red is about right on.

    Don't worry Darell they just opened up the Legacy Fund. Just in time to help with all the things you just mentioned. To the victor go the spoils. The top 2 politicians in the state are from Fargo. Enough said.

    Right now you can see the focus at NDSU is enrollmment growth, adding degrees, new buildings. Sports will always be important at SU. Getting to 25000 FBS is the main goal for now.

    Not a SU fan if you say so. Ccmparing Germany's buildup to NDSUs buildup is to the point and on the mark. Winning is what the Fargo SU wants and does. There down now in some sports but they will fix it. Pride
