  1. Thank god we have another goalie coming in next year to. BE did a good job throughout the year, but to have him play as many games as he did without getting some rest is a bit much. It should be nice having two goalies that can play next year if one has an off night, that's the whole point... not putting BE down.
  2. If you would of told me the Sioux would of scored five goals today and not win, I would call you crazy! I can't believe what I just saw. BE was not that solid, and Chay and Joe were so bad on defense that they did not deserve to win!
  3. Exactly people need to quit thinking Chay is good and Finely played awful, thank god he is a senior. Terrible coaching by Hak to keep playing these two all night when they were a minus 5 at least, unreal, way to !@#$ the bed guys!
  4. If they would just shoot the dam ball! All they do it pass and pass and then call time outs eff!
  5. Yeah so stupid, I hate it when ESPN does this sh*t!
  6. Is this game on TV?
  7. What an insane game by T.J. If he didn't get hurt earlier in the year, I think he would be a serious candidate for rookie of the year. St. Louis is going to love him for years to come, he plays the game with so much passion and energy. I was reading an article on the blues forums and it said that Oshie's jerseys have sold more then any other blues players on the team, if true that is pretty awesome. I really want the blues to make the playoffs, while they might not when in the first round, at least they are entertaining with players like oshie, berglund and backes. Columbus, Edmonton, and Minnesota are a snooze fest to watch, let's hope the blues get that last playoff spot!
  8. Last night T.J had the sickest hit against Dustin Brown of the L.A. Kings. I believe Dustin Brown is always one of the leading hitters in the game, it was highlight of a hit for sure. T.J just smiles after the hit. It was awesome!
  9. Lastly, fifth straight year the riders are in the state final game, that is pretty impressive to me. While last years team was plenty deep, not all of these past teams were the front runner to win state. They just seem to get it done. I haven't seen much of this years team other then these last two days, but to get the state final with two of your top six forwards an eighth grader and a freshman, who are good players, is pretty incredible. Also add to that, that on defense they only have 3 maybe 4 legitimate defensemen and Kieth Howe was always a forward going into this year. Who was the last team to play in five straight title games? Central maybe?
  10. They just add another year to the banner. That's the saying at Red River! Nothing new there...
  11. Probably Johnson and regarding Luke Johnson. Only kid really in the state that has potential and he's just an eighth grader. Let's hope this kid gains some size over the next few years or the kids hockey career will be cut short. Good player overall though.
  12. While I like concept of the video, that is a pretty bad video overall a better more edited version with better high quality pictures and maybe even throw in a few video clips would do a lot more justice. This is a very simplistic video, I wouldn't give it to much praise!
  13. That's feakin awesome. Spiewak was a pretty solid player at Und as I recall, the kid had some serious wheels, and was great on the pk as I remember.
  14. I can't believe you have the same user name as me, I am so upset!!!!! ahhhhh!!!
  15. Anyone have two general admission seats for Friday Night, I don't care about the row, or bowl section. Just looking to fine some tickets for a few buddies coming up. I will compensate really well but will not pay a ridiculous amount for the tickets. Let me know
  16. Happy Festivas to the rest of us!
  17. It's 2008, get faster internet, enough said!
  18. I don't understand that goal, I always thought that puck in a shootout or penalty shot always has to remain going in a forward position. Clearly, with the spin-a-rama move the puck is getting back and is not sustaining constant forwardness. Anyone explain this? Regardless, that was one hell of a goal, so sick!
  19. This thread is so stupid. The coach is amazing he is doing a great job. The girls are on a transition period, they will be great not good, but great in two years. He has the respect of all the girls, to say that he needs to be fired is so dumb. Do you remember how this team faired last year? If not go check back on old scores and do some research and then we''ll talk. He's wort every penny for the program right now....... get over yourself people!!!!!!!!!
  20. Joe will come back, and then Miller will be a spark plug on the first or second line. That will help some consistency and then make another line better, because I would assume miller goes with vandy and duncs, and then hextall drops down to line two or grinder line three.
  21. Pretty sure chemistry starts with the right lines together, just like mentioned.... enough said!
  22. I blame Hak for this loss. I am sick of him changing the lines every night, how do you develop any type of consistency with your lines? I know what he is doing, he is giving everyone a chance to get some ice time now and try somethings out, and hopefully everyone will be ready to go with the season really starts after Christmas, like he has been doing the last four years, but when tonight would of been a huge win, why not leave your line up the exact same the night before, with the exception of blood playing (I had no problem with him getting time)? I mean it doesn't take that bright of a hockey expert to see how bad kozek and malone and watty play when they have new lines every night, you can through in zajac too, when these players have different lines game in and game out, they can't develop let alone sustain any consistency. This is a joke to me, but hey I am no Hak, nor the coach. He's done this before in the past, I am just having a hard time seeing this night go to waste....
  23. Produce or live up to your potential enough said. Everyone knows he (Derrick)is capable of being a lot better. We just haven't seen it yet and we are waiting.......
  24. Wow, nice win by the boys. Who would of thought they would of put up 7 goals against Cornell? Nice to see a well played full 60 minutes. Nice to see Mario in the line-up I really like his presence out there. Lapoint, I am sorry but you need to sit out, Blood plays tonight, and Cory Finaage, in my mind had a solid game last night for not playing in a game in awhile. It's nice to Frats step up, yesterday was Fratty Fratturday! I knew this kid had a bomb of a shot, so when he wasn't scoring I thought, is he really a bust or is he in one bad slump? I would say 5 goals in the last 3 games, that it was just a bad slump. Last but not least, Eideness played really well, first goal was one of the softest goals he has given up, but he responded well after that goal. Now the real question is can we get a sweep tonight and actually be happy with this team for a weekend? Tonight we shall See.........
  25. Not to a be a jerk, but you are an idiot, Wisconsin will not be higher then the Sioux and UAA. I watched Wisconsin pretty hard when the Sioux played them, they are god awful, I know the Sioux are struggling and aren't that great right now, but Sconnie is serious brutal with their defensive system and lack of scoring, they don't have any real true offensive talent on that team, "big names" on the o side.
