  1. Call me crazy, but I'd make sure the product was working, if I was her. She's totally clueless that we're out here in the dark.
  2. Porter going off for a high stick. EDIT: Stauffacher called for a slash with 0.2 seconds left.
  3. It lasted a good 45 seconds according to the Duluth guys. That's an eternity in the hockey fight world (in college).
  4. The Duluth feed seems to be working OK. Prpich and Peluso going at it, now. Peluso seeming to be getting the best of it, according to Duluth announcers.
  5. My audio stream is doing funky things too. Senser's Roseville has shown the games in the past. Champp's Maple Grove might be worth a try.
  6. This place, hopefully, lost thousands of dollars in revenue tonight (indirectly). Find a bar with the big dish, and watch it there. Who needs this hassle.
  7. Bochenski-Parise-Murray Prpich-McMahon-Stafford Massen-Hale-Genoway Porter-Lundbohm-Fylling Fuher-Jones Greene-Schnieder Smaby-Foyt
  8. GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLLLL!! Fuher at 12:41.
  9. It counts in the PWR as a non-conference game.
  10. This is bulls#$t. Going to Hennessy now.
  11. Black screen here, also.
  12. I was able to register this morning, and it was still free. Though I guess if you're on dial-up, it's a mute point.
  13. Walsh Hall - An Overnight Sensation
  14. Single game tickets go on sale Saturday morning, 9/27 at 9am, at the above number. From experience, I'd suggest calling well before 9. If you can get standing room tickets scattered, take 'em and stand together anywhere. No one has kicked us out of our squares yet, and I've gone five seasons in a row. Another strategy that's worked for us, if you have the time on your hands, is to get to the ticket office at Mariucci about 4pm on Friday, gameday. There are usually a handful of unused tickets that come back from the Gopher family and friends section, but you have to wait in line a good hour, at least. We sat next to the Guyers during the Friday game last season.
  15. Holy s#@t!! Bison win with a furious second-half comeback. Montana's kicker (who will set the all-time Griz scoring record this season) misses a 40 yarder as time expires. Bison win, 25-24. The Montana announcers said the NDSU offensive line dominated in the second half. Disclaimer: I'm a UND grad and love bashing the Bison as much as the rest of us, but give credit where credit is due. This is a hell of a win.
  16. Peter Armbrust wristing the puck past DeBus in overtime at the old Civic Center, to win the '97 Broadmoor. I think we all know how the rest of that season turned out.
  17. Let's add the Hrkac Circus numbers to the discussion: '87 (48 games) T. Hrkac 46-70-116 B. Joyce 52-37- 89 S. Johnson 26-44- 70
  18. You're talking about Fournier, right?

What you don't seem to understand is that no one here gives a tinker's damn whether you respect us or not. To be honest, I usually enjoy the postings of most of the Gopher fans that visit this board. With that said, why do you feel compelled to come over to a Sioux board and defend the Gophers? You should be basking in the glory of another Frozen Four appearance. This explains why most of the fans in the league can't stand you. It's not the coaches and players (Lucia seems like a class act, and the players I've seen on the Sunday night shows seem like good kids), it's fans like you. I figured that given your success this weekend, you could bite your tongue and keep garbage like this off this board. That was too much to ask.
  20. Yes. I know a few people that will be rolling in around 3:30.
  21. Best memories: Shooting pool with Eddie Belfour on a regular basis as a freshman in Walsh Hall. Buck pitchers on a Friday afternoon at the Spud, and standing in line in sub-zero weather at the Old Englestad not knowing we were watching history being written: http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/leagues...0005821987.html Hrkac Circus: 46-70-116? You've got to be kidding me!!!! 124 goals?? That's RIDICULOUS!! 40-8, National Champs? Best team ever.
  22. Shouldn't be too difficult to find the feed at Senser's. I hope people plan on showing up, so we can reserve the big screen in the usual spot.
  23. My contact at Ferris called back tonight, and he was told by his connection at Ferris Cable 7 that the game is being broadcast over C-band, which is the same way that the games from the REA are transmitted. For those of us in Minneapolis/St.Paul, that means the game will be available for viewing at Joe Senser's. Anyone want to volunteer to reserve a couple of tables? The test signals should start running about 3 pm CST, and I plan on getting there early to help the guy in the DJ booth find the feed.
