Fantasic. Another kid who said no to the WHL to go the NCAA route (love it). Sounds like another great recruit for Hak and Co.

I think the Holy Cross beer pitcher is very nice.

You know what's scary? It's the Linda Bradys of the world that are "educating" our 18-24 year olds. She happens to be "teaching" them about child development, which is doubly scary. These are the future leaders in our businesses and communities, and this is the type of garbage they are being fed. The political correctness flywheel is gaining speed by the second, until the silent majority steps up and asserts its will. That's why I'm proud of the stand that UND has taken.

Man, this is a tough one. Recruiting probably just got a little more difficult today for Coach Lennon and Coach Jones, unfortunately. Right now my heart and my head say to keep battling, keep fighting the good fight. The best place to start would be with the things I can control. Any casual support of Gopher athletics, through the purchase of football or basketball tickets for a handful of games a year, will cease effective immediately (I'm sure they'll have the nerve to send me another mailer this summer promoting Gopher football). It's a drop in the bucket I know, but it's something I can control. I would urge any other UND alumni in the Twin Cities to do likewise. Also, I'm sure most of the talk radio guys would be glad to point out how ludacris and hypocritical this is as well.....I think I'll fire off a few e-mails before bed....

If there's people using profanity in front of young children or something like that, that's where I draw the line. Otherwise, people are dropping good money for their season tickets, and if they are frustrated and feel compelled to boo, so be it. If they choose to not boo, so be it. If they're frustrated with the team and choose to hop down to the organ bar for a drink (like me), so be it..(I'm sure I'll get called on the carpet by someone here for "not being a good fan", or "being there to be seen"). I guess the bottom line for me is that we're all frustrated here. But it would be great if we'd just stay out of each others business regarding how we handle it. Just my two cents.

If 10-2 and an NCC championship is your idea of "wanna-be" football, then the next tenfive years of Sioux football are going to be very miserable for you.

Yes it was a bad call. My point is that it shouldn't come down to that, in our barn, against Tech. There are bigger issues here.

I'm not privy to what goes on behind the scenes, but I'll bet the coaches have lit these guys up a few times during the course of the last few weeks. Hell, maybe Buning and Hakstol have had a sit down, I don't know.

He almost sounds like he's buying into TH's excuses, tho. Where's the old, "no excuses", Hak?

Hakstol was just on with TH, but it really isn't worth posting, because TH throws the same softball questions and drivel toward Hak every night.
