The league gave them one. Then DU gave them one other. I don't credit the league with that since they had already acted. It's really something when a guy like Gwozdecky (who I have no respect for) cares more about the safety of other teams' players than the league. That was at the WCHA final five. The committee that decides those things was on hand including Greg Sheppard.

Conboy would fight right in with Gophers. Losing in a game, go out to injure someone.

Look what happened when when a Denver player (intentionally) drove Robbie Bina head first into the boards. They gave the guy a one game suspension.

I was thinking along the lines of the coaching staff sending Stoa out to dive on a Sioux player while he was laying on his back, leading with the stick. I wonder if they didn't send their goon (sorry to our goon) to injure this guy like they did in Grand Forks.

It's what you expect from a classless program that the Gophers are.

I was told when I looked into it that the school and even the player can get into trouble if a business makes a replica jersey with the players name on it. I guess I kinda see what the NCAA is doing, but jeez how is the school supposed to control what everyone does?

She's upset because her guy acted like a psycho kindergartener and her team had a meltdown Friday night (although they did perform over their coach Saturday night). In order to justify that for herself she has to tear down the North Dakota fans. The heck with her.
