For the record it is 2 tribes, not 3 tribes. We are required to change both the nickname and the related imagery (aka the logo). Approval of the Warriors depends on the logo that went with it, I believe...but they would still have problems with that....if agreement could come from the Chippewa, then it might be considered. I believe from what I heard from higher ups at UND that if the Sioux name goes, the new nickname would not have anything to do with any relating to the human nature. As far as the Administration being "sissy nannys", please understand people that Kelley is in charge of running a University. His main focus is on keeping EVERYONE in an environment where the focus is on learning and not on the nickname..I have discussed nicknames and traditions with both Kelley and Faison, both of them understand the traditions around the nickname and what to focus on that as well. I have full faith in both of them to lead our University in a way that will help us both in the short term and the long run.

HAHA!!! Isn't your wife a medical person? My brother is a doctor, but he wouldn't be much help with concussions.....now, blurred vision is something he could help with. I couldn't remember either, but I thought that I remembered hearing something about that. As much as I want Chay back, I want a healthy Chay more than that....if Chay being healthy means that he can't play for a little longer or at all, then that is fine.

might be a little less than a few years, if what I can find is correct...he was born in 1995 and will turn 15 soon....Somebody better not drop the ball here (Zach, Travis...this means you). Though, this is a random question, as former players can Zach and Travis tell someone that they should visit UND? Or can they only answer questions if asked? Minot area - it has hovered around 14 degrees today..wind is ridiculous...at one point, we couldn't see the neighbors that live half of a mile away (cross country). We had plenty of food since everyone was supposed to come here and no one could make it. Gotta love ND weather...i think my family is going to try again on Sunday for Christmas. Depends on what you are looking for...restaurants or bars? Restaurants: Whitey's BWW Texas Roadhouse Blue Moose Bars: Gillys Joe Blacks O'Reilly's I am forgetting some, but others can fill in. Most bars downtown have buses to the games, I believe as well as several restaurants. Where are you sitting, if I may ask and that would determine good food around you.

Um...the newer design has been there since 2004. It is the logo that we changed to when they switched from the geometric logo. The jerseys are new this year though. Edit: Why I have 2004 on the brain is beyond me..but it was earlier than that....2000? It was before the Ralph was built! I apologize for that misinformation.

Maybe I should go back to work...they were doing so good while I was there!
