I've been at a handful of hockey games over the past 5 years and never seen anything like it either. She barely got in the door of one event, and never attended one additional event yet portrays this behavior as pervasive. She says she doesn't have a chip on her shoulder. I suspect she just doesn't recognize the block she's always carried. Again, she goes on to elaborate on all the racism she's encountered, but the nickname didn't cause people to react that way. And if someone challenges you because you wear a "change the nickname" t-shirt, is that necessarily harrassment? What exactly happened? She wants a group to come and say how bad things are. What governmental Civil Rights group came and checked things out and found nothing?

Let's hope he doesn't read this board!

Wow, it took Goren a little while to wake up. I thought those two were feeling each other, well, I thought they were a little friendly to start with, then Ferguson jacks Goren a few times. Goren finally got a couple in there, and then impressively through Ferguson to the ground.

Considering the importance to the UND program of the Canadian hockey player, I've always thought UND should play the Canadian anthem. And besides that, it's just a dang great anthem.

AF has some very skilled players and they can make you pay if you give them opportunities. I didn't think they were as fast or skilled as MN, but they work very hard, and again, they can score some goals.

All the way home from pheasant hunting I listened to Sonmor crying about the refs in tonite's game. Just now Schmidt completely overlooked a gopher player hook down a Nanook, steal the puck, and the gophers tie it at 3. Nanook coach is ticked.

I think Lammy should get the start. Hennessey still can't stop talking about Lee. Hak tempering that a little, but said all young defensemen played pretty well.

That took all the fun out of listening to the game I read this a good minute before I heard it. Kozek to Lee! 6-0 Henny said there have been 2 outstanding looking freshmen each game and Lee is one of them.

AF scores in OT to WIN! Man, Greentree has had a number of excellent shots tonite. That guy can really shoot the puck.

I couldn't really see it myself but I was thinking the puck had snuck through and was sitting right behind the goalie on the line, and then when the goalie moved it went in.

Sloppy play by AF with the man advantage with 30 seconds left. Couldn't get it out of the zone, and great play by MN ends up with tie game. TOEWS SCORES!

Henny said Chorney-Lee defensive pairing has looked very good.

I was wondering if he was playing. I haven't heard his name while I was watching!

Then I'll say it this way. MN looks better on the big ice.

In the little bit I've watched of the gopher game it appears AF has some skilled players, but that MN is quicker, faster, and more comfy on the big ice.

Toews with 2nd assist of the night, Duncan with 2nd point. Kozek also with an assist on the goal. Henny very impressed with Duncan's goal. Penalty on Smaby and an NU player right after the goal.
