  1. Would there be anyone willing to help publicize this? We're trying to get an "army of people" together to put up posters EVERYWHERE we can! I have tentative meetings scheduled for next week Monday and Wednesday at 7pm... If you want more information, just let me know! Any help would be appreciated
  2. It's official. I'm going. And I'm taking my car. And it's Diggler and me I believe. Anyone else need a ride?!
  3. I like it. But I tend to not agree with the crowd
  4. It's finalized. I'm going to Tech.

  8. Stafford just got an assist against Toronto... It was the tying goal to make it 3-3, but then the Maple Leafs scored again.... About 5 mins left in the game.... It's exciting!!! Really back and forth!!
  9. Watching the Sabres/Maple Leafs game..... Interviewed Jason and was just shown (between 2nd and 3rd periods) What a great guy.... Just kept saying how lucky he was, and kept mentioning his family and his kids. It was very hearfelt!
  10. So I was bored (of course, go figure) and was looking stuff up on Wikipedia. I realize it's not all that great of a source for anything, but I was amused nonetheless to fine this: "The Sioux lead the all-time series between the two teams 62-45, with 3 ties. In games where the Nickel Trophy has been contested, the Sioux also lead the series 35-30 and won the last three games in the series." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nickel_Trophy
  11. The last time I checked this thread, it was at 6 pages. This is outta control
  12. Any more students sign up for SS now that we're into another school year and hockey season?!
  13. The student section has rarely been sold out the last few years. It surprises me because most students here claim to be big Sioux hockey fans. Sioux/Gopher game is sold out by students, though...
  14. UND and NDSU don't play each other, and they haven't for a few years now, while Auburn/Alabama does and obviously so do the Sioux and Gophers. I would love to see them play again, and soon, but I don't think I'd be able to root for just one team. I would obviously want the Sioux to win just to drop Bison egos a little bit, but I would probably cheer for both teams.
  15. All I ever see at tailgating is Bud Light and Coors Light....
  16. He was pointing out that he's the youngest guy on the prep team (which is a good feat), and his numbers are impressive.
  17. I'm thinking that with our offense and defense, we should be able to beat theirs. In goaltending, MSU will be hard to beat. Not sure if that actually made any sense, it sounded better in my head
  18. If I can find a place to stay, I'm going.... And I really want to go!!! (hint hint )
  19. Yeah Packers!!! I'm pissed about the Bears game Anyways, I wish Jason and his family the best. I'm sure he can and will get through this!
  20. Yes I am a Sioux fan, but I am also a Bison fan (which is quite hard, obviously)... Sioux sports will always come first, but I love and appreciate ALL sports at both schools. That's more than any of you can say about even just one school. I started this thread because a sports-loving family member and I were on the phone discussing the Bison/Sioux rivalry. We are both fans of both programs, and I just wanted some thoughts seeing as both teams are doing quite well this year. I didn't want anyone fighting, I figured for that maybe one thread there could be some civilized discussion, but I guess not.
  21. How so? Wanting to say his last name.... Yepp, definitely walked into that...
  22. Good one...
  23. Well I didn't know if the "u" was like in "truck" or if it was like "troop" Geeeezzz I can't get a break around here for nothin....
  24. I hope Trupp scores so that I can learn how to say his name
