Per Massey, this time next week UND will have played the second toughest schedule in FCS (behind only USD) and will have no fewer than 7 wins.

Herder: "When you have a weaker SOS (Holy Cross 72nd, Jackson State 114th), I need to see you dominate and outclass inferior opponents." Sounds good. But what about when you have a monster SOS and 42-7 (InStU) a weaker opponent on their field.

I have read a post on this board from a “real” UND fan that our SOS is only inflated because #1 SDSU was on it……….

“One of the toughest FCS schedules” is inflated by #1 SDSU being on it. Losing at SIU is looking more and more like a bad loss and the loss at FBS disaster Nebraska is certainly not anything to brag about.

Beat NDSU and all is forgiven.

Lol.  Just forget everything you have said all year??

Nope. Just amazing someone would waste a few seconds of their life typing that.

Other than our record and schedule difficulty all I did was copy and paste from your repeated posts the last few months.  You spent more than a few seconds telling us all those things over…..and over and over.

Had to chuckle a little, I'm sure all is in good fun, without the W your post may not exist?
We got the W! From a team that really plays us tough here, yet hasn't won in GF for long time.

Now we play an OK team at their home at a chance of our OK team going 8-3, tied for second in MVFC.
    The Jacks confiscated 1st.

Without the W there is a few fans chomping to say “I told you so”.  Actually wasn’t in good fun.  It’s factual using their own posts during the season.

You honestly think UND 2nd team defense is better than 1st string defense? You can stop typing horseshit any second now.

The usual back track after throwing your usual garbage at the team.  Your still waiting for the team to lose so you can say “I told you so”

I thought the D stunk most of the day.

O gets a TD, D gives up a TD in drives that took less than 4 minutes.

ST downs the ball on the 1. D gives up a TD that took less than 4 minutes.

Most of the game, their QB was really comfortable. NO pass rush for most of the day.

D did not give up a TD on the downed punt.

After watching him last night, kid will be a great college player somewhere (hopefully UND).  Still a project but the athleticism and tools are all there.  Great athlete.

Not sure I sense that. Most are familiar with how UND under Bubba inflates opponents to make them look better than they are … I’m sure Saturday’s game will be a nail-bitter, just like how Bubba likes it …

Tell me how Bubba does this……..

I think those three posters, myself included, are probably a sample of the biggest UND football fans. None of them are sucking up to the coaches or the program, and are certainly not content with .500 football.  If you ask me, UND football would be in a lot better place if the masses actually thought this way and weren’t accepting of perennial .500 football in Grand Forks.

Nothing says real fan like posting what ever you want using a fake user name.

Homer, I have to disagree with you..  the DB came off his man/area near the numbers and saw the WR 10/15 yards away by the hash mark.  So, he clearly had the target in sight.  The WR did not duck into the hit and he is 6'2".  Simply put that was not a reaction - he had his target.  And, I have a problem with that hit.

Fair enough.  Again, if he just would have come off and taken the penalty for targeting it’s one thing.   The smiling, waving and high fives from players and coaches is what drew comments from the crowd.  His coaching staff knows this and the “apology” is a joke.
