Ryan Duncan was always known as a good guy during his time at UND...Always giving credit to his teammates, always had time for Sioux fans...It's no wonder he is my son's all time favorite player. Two weeks ago, I sent him an email, care of his team overseas, and asked him for a note or picture for my son. Yesterday, we received a note, along with 2 signed hockey cards from Duncan. They will be proudly displayed with his Ryan Duncan-Hobey Baker puck in his room. Thanks to Ryan; a good hockey player, but a better person!

It's hit or miss in the Twin Cities...the link above indicates that Saturday's game will be available on Comcast (nothing about Friday's game however)...I did check my online guide for Comcast and as of right now it only shows paid programming (i.e. infomercials) for both nights...hoping that at least Saturday's game will be shown here...

sounds like you were around in the mid to late 80's...there was a constant stream of 19 year olds to the East side until September 1986...then they upped the age to 21 and the party was over (for a couple years) for those born after August 31, 1967...good times!

After watching DU this weekend, they should sweep the Gofs...also, if the Gofs go on the road for the WCHA playoffs, they might make it 2 years in a row without a F5 appearance...can you imagine if they had to travel to UAA for the best of three round? There would be much wailing and gnashing of oversized front teeth in Gooferville...

Yeah, I was never a huge proponent of the 3rd place game until I started to understand Pairwise a little better...Most teams treated it as their last chance to beat a quality team before the NCAA's...(try to go into the big dance on a positive note or improve their seeding) I remember Lucia whining that the game was meaningless and his teams played accordingly...

Unless you absolutely know alcohol was involved, then it is wreckless to make that assumption. Whether or not you are correct is irrelevant...people are more concerned about Kristo's health than what lead to this incident, and that IMO is why you are getting bashed. The truth will come out and Kristo will ultimately have to pay for his actions. To answer your question, I doubt Hak would 'rat him out' to the media. Hakstol likes to handle his team issues in-house from what I've seen.

So you're saying someone posting 'information' they have allegedly heard from a credible source is the same as you posting an opinion? Are you seriously surprised that you are getting blasted? I'm not saying their information is 100% accurate but it certainly carries more weight than someone saying "this is what I THINK happened"... Am I missing something here?
