I live in Twin Cities SW metro and have the same issue...PSB helped me point the dish to get it to 91w and then I fine tuned it during one of the football games to get a good signal...that being said, I haven't had JACK SQUAT for over a month...

Not that this helps now, but KABL for Comcast in the SW Metro is channel 23. Find KABL and you will get the game. When the Sioux are in St Cloud, at least one of the games will likely be on this channel.
