Man I hope Western gets a chance to play Mel Pearson and his Michigan Chickens!

Pretty sure the NHL doesn’t consider that a penalty/major if you put yourself in that position...but then again, this is not the NHL.

Well the box score didn’t tell me how the Western player turned to the boards at the last second...I thought it should have been two minutes but...I guess I just really didn’t care for the tripping on Driscoll when he came out to play the puck. Seemed like there were several plays where Western was sticking out a foot, leg, etc to get a piece of a Sioux player. That’s all, they won, live to fight at least one more day.

So how many cheap plays does it take?

Western is chippy; ok they’re really kind of dirty.

I thought DU had the NCHC poty? He might be good but no Shane Pinto. Did not look like a team that averages 4.5 goals per game. Sorry, I just like trashing DU.

What was your favorite DU moment from the NCHC tourney? They did not show much today. If they hurry, they can be back in Denver before the late news.

Would have been nice to have that monorail in place for Buck pitchers at the Spud every Friday. Probably wouldn’t have wanted to be riding when everyone came back though.

Between World Juniors, Olympics, and injury/sickness, this year has been disappointing in the aspect of being able to see your best player on the ice. I vote he sticks around another year.

I remember him making a diving play in the crease toward the end. We needed him out there,though, not like Sioux were up by 5.
