Remember how the Gophers were "swept into oblivion" last year? Everyone has to win their way in, and since this is the WCHA I think anything could still happen. Seeding will be done after they know what teams are coming. The #1 Seed will Play Friday night, #2 Friday afternoon, Thurs afternoon game will play Friday afternoon, Thurs night winner will play Friday night.

I think UND and Denver have gotten to about as big rivals as the Gophers. Especially with the change the Gophers leaving the WCHA for the Big 10. Plus I think UND and DU are going to be a better match up.

I had a bad Monday...Hoping that there will be TV coverage somewhere in the Twin Cities for this weekend's UND v. Wis game. Does anyone know? Or if they have a web cast?

The Pioneer Press had an add for Sat Frozen Four Fan Fest including 2 outdoor music tents. Local celebrities Tim Sigler and GB Leighton are scheduled to play. Sounds like 2 blocks will be closed off for the event.

I would agree that it might be cheaper to just cab directly from Bloomington to the Xcel rather than take the tram into Mpls. By the time you pay your fair to ride both ways you will have been able to cover that cost in the taxi. Plus it might be less expensive with a group.

That will be much better than Great Waters Brewery and its directly attached to the Xcel center, just down the hallway. Can't wait for next Thursday!!!!

Ok-since you might be in St. Paul for the Frozen Four some good places in St. Paul to eat: Christo's -greek at the Union Depot they have a lunch buffet and regular menu El torro-mexican on Plato also just added a lunch buffet and this is definately not the type of food you will get in Grand Forks. Pazzaluna True Thia I will agree that Chino Latino is good however I have heard its declined recently although if you want something trendy and different its a great option. (and its in Minneapolis) every other one I have listed is St. Paul Lousiana Cafe on Dale and Selby great for breakfast its not even open for supper. Red Savoy also has excellent pizza Trattoria Da Vinci is also excellent for Italian food

I thought you could watch the web cast of the game on espn360. But I am trying to check on that.

They need a Joe Sensors! Chipotle would be good. Buca de Pepo. But the last ones are definately "chains."
